♤Payton♤

I was sat down in my room, I was blasting Tyler's music, Fairly Local to be exact, I was working on my book, it was about a girl an outcast who found her place in the theatre and she falls in love with a stage writer, it was coming along pretty well.

My room was dark besides the glow from the fairy lights, I was relaxed at my desk with a cup of lavender honey tea, I had seemed to reach a block in my story, and I didn't want to write something I felt wasn't good enough, so I just decided to make a trip to the store.

I threw on some jeans and a sweater not bothering to change out of my t-shirt and put on a bra, I jogged up the stairs throwing on my coat and shoes, grabbing my backpack I check my pocket for my keys and phone.

Once I knew I had them I locked the door and sped to my car jumping in, It only took about 10 minutes to make it to the store, I got out grabbing my bag and locking my car making my way into the store, there wasn't many people for it being a Saturday.

I walked over to the snack aisle looking at the options, I grabbed some veggie chips [really good actually], some Tostitos and spinach dip, some flaming hot cheetos, and a few candies.

I decided to head over to the dairy section to see what ice cream they had, once I got there and I chose some vanilla ice cream I heard a familiar voice, I looked over to see Tyler and a few of his friends, I smiled deciding top sneak up on him.

I slowly walked towards them, I stopped in my tracks when I heard my name being mentioned.

"Payton? I havent seen her in a while, saying I just got off tour, I'm just grabbing groceries then Zack and I are going to head over and see her" Tyler explained, a smile came across my face as I quickly walked up behind him, grabbing onto his shoulders.

"Tyler Joseph I'm your biggest fan ohmygoooiiiiiddddd" Tyler spun around startled, he immediately started laughing and smiled as he picked me up in a hug.

"Payton, my God you scared me, gosh I've missed you!" I laughed burying my face in my older brother's neck, he finally set me down and pulled away, smiling a huge smile.

"I've missed you too, how was the tour?" we talked for a minute or two before he turned and introduced me to his friends.

"Payton, this is Pete, Patrick, Brendon, Joe, Dallon, and Spencer, guy's this is my little sister Payton" he beamed his arm wrapped around my shoulder,  I gave everyone a smile and a small wave, everyone said hello and continued with their conversation.

I couldn't help but let my eyes wander over to Patrick, he was cute, blonde hair with a fedora placed on top, gray shirt with a red cardigan, leather jacket, black skinny jeans and light black combat boots.

My eyes traveled back to his face only to meet his own eyes, my face went red, I quickly turned my attention back to Tyler, I leaned against him enjoying being close to him after so long.

My phone went off "Missing You by ATL" filling the air, I grabbed my phone from my pocket looking at the caller ID "Jishiwa Doon", I answered bring the phone to my ear.

"Mr. Dun?" I giggled with a tiny snort, I heard him chuckle from the other side of the line, "Miss. Joseph" I looked up at Tyler who was already looking at me, "I was wondering if you knew where Tyler was, I've been trying to get a hold of him but he's not answering his phone" I snort, typical Tyler, "Here he is" I giggled.

I handed Tyler my phone, he proceeded to talk to Josh about God knows what, my attention had went back to Patrick, my attention left him only when Tyler handed me my phone back and announced that we should get going.

We said goodbye to everyone and paid for our groceries, we went to our cars and headed to our houses, Tyler said he would be over for dinner along with Jenna.

I spent some time cleaning before going for a shower, my mind kept wondering back to Patrick, I just couldn't get him off my mind, I got dressed and cleaned my room up a bit.

I heard my mother's car pulling in, she was just getting home from Saturday practice, I heard her drop her stuff and start on dinner.

Maybe things are going to start looking up.
