Then the kiss ended. Zaire just stared at Maliyahs medium lips. She just chuckled and kissed Zaire again and they were at it. "Ughhh". Jaylen said laughing playing. "Shut up". Maliyah said laughing. "I'm just playing but we bout to go walk the block so come on". Jaylen said.
"You down"? Zaire asked. "Yeah". Maliyah said. "By time we get back mama will be back". Jaylen said. So we went walking and everything was coming back together. Zaire looked down at Maliyah she noticed but pretended she didn't. He don't know if loving his bestfriend is the smartest thing to do. "Aye there go 12". Jaylen said. And everybody ducked off running.
Maliyah thought it was time for a change. But can she really let go of her pass. She been running from police since she was 10. They robbed people and stores and stole from people. But Maliyah was 18 she wasn't that tomboy girl she used to be.
Her life is different now and she hate that Zaire is living this life but who is she to tell him about his life.
They were all back on the porch and everybody was smoking well except Maliyah till Zaire's mom car pulled up as she was on the phone with her husband. Yeah she gotten married when Zaire was 16. "I'm gone call you back". Zaire ma told her husband. "Wassup Liyah". She said hugging Liyah. "Y'all can get them groceries out the car so I can cook". She said. The boys then went and got the groceries. "All y'all do is be cooped up in this house nun of y'all other than Zaire got somebody". Zaire mama said. "Mama we thugging". Jaylen said. "Thug my ass". She said.
Zaire tapped Maliyah's leg . "I bet you I hand you a L in 2k". He said running to his room. "Bet". Maliyah said. So we were playing 2k and Zaire was loosing and he was complaining. Maliyah phone was going off but it wasn't nun but Bre and Alexis. She'll call them back later . "Maybe... I'll win if you sat right here". Zaire said putting Maliyah in his lap. She had her face down and her curly brown hair got in her face and she laughed. "You still can take this L". Maliyah said. So Maliyah finally answered the phone call from Bre. "Come backkkk". Bre and Alexis screamed into the phone. "I literally been gone 2 days". Maliyah said. "We need you back". Bre said. "Well I'll be back before you know it". I told them.
"Put me on yo friend". Jaylen said into the room I got out Zaire lap as he lit a blunt and both his brothers came in and they all were smoking. "Do y'all get enough"? I asked them. "Nah". They said. "Aye go get the speaker". Jaylen told Jamal. "Which one Jaylen"? I asked "lemme see both of em". Jaylen said. I showed him both girls. He licked his lips. "I want that one". He said pointing to Alexis "bet say less I'm finna call her". I told Jaylen. So I called Alexis and she answered. "Girl you look fine". I told her. She had on a crop top and had her hair done had the makeup and lashes on. My boo was fine.
"Alexis. Somebody want you". I told her. "Who"? She said. I put the camera on Jaylen.. Then a message popped up and Alexis said "he fine what it is". "Ima just give him your number and y'all talk". I told her. "How we gone do this if you stay in Chicago". Alexis said making a point. "Shidd I'm coming down there with Maliyah next time so we'll see". Jaylen told her. So I gave him her number
"So I think I want my kids to move". Zaire mama told her husband. "Where"? He said. "Savannah Georgia". She told him. "I mean it's a way better environment". He said. "I mean I wanna move to but we both got jobs here. You from him you probably don't wanna move. But my daughter in law got a nice apartment she can show us around and we can get a groove. But we gotta go before the summer end". Zaire mama said. "That's fine with me". He said.
Zaire room was filled with smoke. ."So y'all gone come to Savannah with me right"?? I asked all three of them.
