Chapter 1

Han household

Blossom pavilion
The little girl was a stunning child her mother thought while staring at her lovingly. Han yue was the consort of Han Dewei one of the most favoured Dukes of the King Chen Luhan. Han Dewei's first wife Han Ying was also giving birth to a child at this very moment but because Han Yue had given birth first Han Dewei was with her so it made Han Ying very annoyed causing her to struggle with the birth. She kept screaming for someone to call Han Dewei over.
After staring at his beautiful daughter enough that he was content she was real and not a doll, he got up to leave and assist Han Ying. Before he left he had asked Han Yue what she wanted to name the child she had replied with

[Lihua,... Han Lihua]

Han Dewei was very content with the name and didn't argue, he thought this child was so beautiful he couldn't work out how she was made by. So to show his gratitude he could only let Han Yue to name child as a thanks for bringing her into the world. When Han Dewei left Han Yue sang to Han Lihua who returned a bright smile for a moment to her mother, it was a short smile but it was enough to bring the mother to tears. All the maids and nurses thought the baby was beautiful so were very confused on why the consort Han Yue was crying (because if the child was theirs they knew they would be boasting all around the kingdom), but they soon relized her tears were of joy.

SUN PAVILION

The pavilion Han ying was giving birth a cry was finally heard. Han Ying had also giving birth to a girl, a healthy chubby child which Han Dewei was very content with but secretly he couldn't help thinking about the small angel Lihua so as he smiled thinking about Han Yue daughter Han Ying couldn't help but deceive herself into thinking that he must be very happy about her child.
The decided to name the child Niu (Han Niu)
