Han Lihua only every went out to walk around her garden and she exercised in winters it was a very stressful time for Lihua and her personal maid, who where the only ones left in the pavilion. She always covered her face when she went to her garden, so servants roaming about her quarter wouldn't find out about her not being scarred anymore.

Han Dibei was thinking about how he would solve the problem with the engagement between Han Lihua and the and the most favoured son of the King 3rd Prince Chen Liwei. As it was an agreement he made with the king (Chen Luhan) since the birth of the two children. He chose Han Lihua out of his two daughters because she was the most beautiful out of the two but he was now makimg an agreement with the King to annul the marriage secretly and let the 3rd Prince Chen Liwei marry his second daughter Han Niu.
He had no choice because he couldn't send that death trash to become the maybe the future queen. Because out of all 5 prince's the king favoured the Prince the most so it was common sense to believe he would become the Crown Prince. Even though the king did love the 4th Prince (Chen Liren) very much no one even considered him becoming the crown Prince as he was crippled and there was no hope of him walking again.

Chen Liren
Son of 1st consort Chen Shan the favoured wife of the King who died after giving birth to Chen Lirens sister Princess Chen Lina. Chen Liren became crippled from an unknown disease. Even the Royal physician could not figure out the cause. However even though he was crippled the King loved him very very much. He was smart and beautiful like his mother and the king would even get ideas and advice from this Prince. But because of his disability nobody believed he would become the Crown Prince so of course everyone made the decision that the 3rd Prince would become crown Prince as the second Prince had already died and the first Prince was not very smart and the 5th Prince was too young.

Han Niu was excited that she got to marry the 3rd Prince because for many years she had secretly adored him.

The reason the King and Han Dibei quickly set the wedding for these two was because they had already arranged the date for the marriage of these two families a long time ago and even announced the auspicious date it would set at and so if they changed it people would get suspicious and look down on the king.

The King was very annoyed at Han Dibei for not taking care of his daughter (Han lihua) and keeping her sickness a secret from him, leading to him having to do all this trouble. Even so he quickly arranged the wedding and felt relief at the thought that at least Han Dibei still had another daughter.
