When quirk is in use, your hands and eyes give off a red glow as an indication that you've activated it. (I based the quirk of Wanda Maximoff's powers from Avengers, just a little side fact 😁)
Weaknesses/overuse side affects: When using telepathy it gives you serious migraines and its extremely difficult to control and takes a lot of concentration, so you don't use it very often, only in serious situations or training.
When using telekinesis, its easier to control but still takes a lot of focus, also strains your muscles and gives you headaches if overused.
Also, if your emotions aren't in check or you aren't in the right frame of mind, it becomes difficult to control, even when you aren't intending to active your quirk. Negative feelings like overwhelming anger, fear, sadness, stress etc. make you loose control and control things without thinking about it and your eyes glow red until you've calmed down.
Your quirk doesn't affect physical features, e.g. Strength, speed and reaction time but that's something you have to train yourself.
