Chapter TwentyFour Mya Anderson Mya's Birthday
My eyes slowly opened after a good nights rest. I focused in front of me for a while before rolling on my back only to be greeted by a bunch of balloons and flowers. Smiling, I sat up and rubbed the sleep out my eyes. Happy Birthday to meeeee! I climbed out of bed and went to look at the dozens of roses, looking for a card to see who they came from.
After finally locating it, I flipped it open.
Come downstairs
So either I'm a heavy sleeper or whoever did this is sneaky as hell. Placing the card back in the box, I went into the bathroom and freshened up. I slid on my robe then headed downstairs.
When I walked into my kitchen, I was greeted by more balloons, breakfast, a cake, gifts, my sisters, Timothy, Syren, Eva, Munchie and EJ. Okay I should've put on clothes under this robe.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They all screamed.
A huge smile peeled across my face. I love surprises. "Oh my gooooosh. You guys!" I pouted as I walked over to them. "TIMTIM! Oh my goodness what are you doing in LA?!" Of course I had to hug my big brother first. I've missed him so much. I wish Brian was here but that would be something crazy if he was.
"We celebrate your birthday together every year, distance wasn't about to change that."
"Aw, where's Asia?"
"Running your store."
"Oh yeah....I'll be coming to visit soon." I moved on to Mariah. "Hey bitch."
"Hey bitch, happy birthday." She responded wrapping her arms around me.
"Thanks love. Im shocked to see you here."
"I needed a vacation."
"Glad you're here." I kissed her cheek. "Good morning my loves." I stretched my arms out to Eva, Syren, Munchie and EJ. "Thank you guys for doing this."
We all huddled in a group hug.
Then last but not least, Kayla. She stood there with her hand on her hip. "Happy Birthday." She said.
I sized her up before smiling. "Thank you."
"You lost your attitude?"
"Never had one."
"You sure? The way you attacked me proves otherwise."
