Today was the day. It was prom. I got changed. I had started wearing short sleeves as my scars no longer upset me but I was chilled okay so I threw on a hoodie.
I walked out the door seeing Jerome parked out front. I smiled. I looked at the time. Early. I walked down and into his car. Jerome smiled leaning over kissing me.
I quickly crawled into his lap. He wasn't surprised in the slightest. We had been dating for almost 10 months. We where used to making out if he showed up to my house early.
After a while we finally pulled away. My lips where swollen and his hands where still on my ass gripping it tightly. The windows had fogged slightly and the car was warm despite the car being off. "You better get up to school" I chuckled crawling back into my seat.
Jerome cleared his throat whipping down the windows so he could drive. I chuckled turning up his music as we drove. I danced slightly as we drove. Jerome chuckled as he'd look over at the odd moment.
As soon as he parked we got out. We held hands as we headed to our classes. As we entered the school I saw the pack holding up a massive banner that read "PROM?" I looked over to see Jerome who was offering me flowers ember had handed him.
I laughed hugging him "OF COURSE IS IDIOT" I laughed kissing him for a moment while the pack cheered. I was so excited for tonight.

I ran into embers house. I smiled running up to her room. She was standing there with two suits. I smiled. "It's time for prom baby" she chuckled.
I smiled grabbing my suit. I yanked off my sweater as she yanked off her top. She had on a t-shirt over her binder. I smiled. I took out my button up. We both quickly changed. To most this would be weird but we grew up together. They where my sibling. Always had been in my mind.
Ember pulled out their make up. They wanted to do their eyebrows and mine. I sat down as they got to work. We had to hurry. After all, it was prom night. They would all be here soon.
We finished up looking in the Mirror. We did good. I was in a button down and a red tie with dress pants. Ember in the other hand was in these dress shorts that I didn't understand fully. They where the same fabric as mine just shorts. She also had on a short sleeved button down and a black bow tie. They looked great.
I heard a honk outside and I knew what that meant. We walked outside and there was the pack all in a limbo. Preston was clinging off or rob while rob was leaning out then window. Lachlan and vikk where in the back making out while Jerome was Faith where waiting outside of the car. I noticed matt and Brandon waving at us from the alcohol bar.
I laughed slightly taking embers hand walking towards the car. Matt was in a black on black suit and Brandon was in a white button down with a black bow tie Faith was wearing the same thing as ember but a long sleeve button down. They where clearly trying to match. Preston was in a red button down while rob was in a blue one. Vikk was in a purple button down while Lachlan was in a purple.
Jerome quickly caught my eye. He was in a black on black suit with a red checkered tie. I smiled walking over to my boyfriend wrapping my arms around his neck. I leaned up kissing him which he quickly accepted. After a moment we pulled away and I smiled up at him. Jerome leaned down whispered softly in my ear "can't wait to sneak off to my car mid prom" he teased nibbling on my ear lobe.
I chuckled softly kissing him. "I love you. So much" I sighed. Jerome smiled kissing me before helping me into the car.
I laughed as I peered out f the car looking for faith and ember. I was greeted with the sight of them making out. I quickly grabbed ember pulling them into the car. The limbo started to drive as soon as the door shut.
Jerome placed me in his lap kissing me as we drove to school.
Time skip
I laughed as Jerome and I ran down the halls to my locker. Tonight had been so fun. Everyone danced and had so much fun. Dinner was great and honestly it was a amazing way to end the year.
Jerome pinned me against my locker kissing me softly. We kissed for a moment before pulling away. I sighed wrapping my arms around his neck. "This was the most eventful and exciting year of my life" I laughed looking at Jerome with a smile.
Jerome nodded. "We started dating in November. You worried me sick that day when I couldn't find you" He explained with a fond smile.
I laughed. "Yeah it was pretty embarrassing. Remember when Preston busted into your room the first night I had stayed the night?" I asked.
Jerome laughed nodding. "Your face was so scared. Poor Preston. He was just so excited."
I smiled. "We made it through me moving away. Ember leaving us. I got away from my dad. We truly made it through...everything" I laughed.
Jerome nodded. "I love you baby. So much"
"I love you. I will always love you. I swear" I said holding up my pinky.
Jerome immediately linked his with mine. "You are so amazing" he whispered before kissing me.
I immediately Kissed back wrapping my arms around his neck. We pulled away and I smiled. "I am so so grateful I decided to play this game" I laughed.
Jerome furrowed his eyes. "What game?" He asked.
I thought for a moment. "Love is kinda like a game. You have to make the right choices to win. And when you win you find your one and only. And I started to play it the day we did that project. I'm so glad I played. Cause I totally won" I chuckled.
Jerome smiled. "I think I won too. I'm glad I convinced the teacher to partner us up"
I gasped "YOU DIDNT!"
