=Embers POV=
I ran to Jerome's house. I pretty young lady opened the door. She had brown hair and eyes like Jerome's. "Hi. Can I help you?" She asked.
I nodded. "I need Jerome" I asked.
She nodded looking back. "JEROME YOUR FRIENDS HERE!" She called.
I smiled. "Are you his girlfriend?" I asked trying to be as friendly.
She shook her head. "No. In his cousin" she laughed.
My eyes widened. "Did you answer Jerome's phone yesterday?" I asked.
She nodded once again. "Yeah wh-" she was cut off by Jerome walking down shooing her away.
I sighed looking up at Jerome. He had bags under his eyes and he had clearly been crying. "You okay?" I asked.
Jerome immediately started crying. "I just got him back! What was he talking about anyway?" I asked still crying.
I hugged him. "He walking about your cousin. She answered your phone at the wrong time" I explained. Jerome sobbed. "Why did you leave yesterday when you saw him?" I asked.
Jerome pulled out a small box. Inside was a small bracelet with a M+J hanging off the front. I gasped looking up at him. "I ordered it the day after he left-I was hoping he would come back" he sighed.
I smiled lightly at him. I knew it looked pitiful but it wasn't. I swore I felt his pain. "Mackenzie...he took advantage of mitch" I sighed.
Jerome's head shot up. "What?" He asked.
I looked down. "When Mitch broke up with you. He went home so Mackenzie scooped him up." I explained. I could hear how angry he was. "And it gets worse. Mitch has to call him daddy otherwise he gets punished. And I'm not talking bedroom type shit. Like Mitch gets spanked when he calls Mackenzie anything but daddy" I sighed.
Jerome grabbed his jacket running out the door. "Lets go" he said. I nodded. We ran down the street to Mitch's new house.
I saw him Mom outside. "LYNX" I called.
She looked up smiling at me. "Oh hello dear! And-" I could hear the anger in her voice. "Jerome"
Jerome seemed to shrivel at his name. "No no. Mitch got it wrong lynx. Jerome is single. Mitch thought his cousin was his girlfriend" I explained.
She gasped running over hugging Jerome. "I'm so sorry. He's inside" she smiled.
I smiled walking with Jerome into the house. I walked in and saw Mitch watching tv. He was in sweats and a hoodie far to large for him. "Mitch?" I asked.
He looked up at me and smiled. "JEROME EMBER!" He giggled standing up. He gave me a hug but looked at Jerome. "I would love to hug you but daddy says I can't hung any boys" he explained.
"That's why we're here. Mitch he's not dating anyone. That was his cousin. Look this is why me left!" I said slapping Jerome's arm who immediately grabbed the box. Jerome opened in.
I smiled as Mitch gasped. "I-Jerome I'm so sorry" he gasped hugging Jerome. "I promise I'll listen to you more I'm so sorry!" He cried.
I looked over as Jerome let them both fall to there knees still hugging. "I'm so happy your back baby" he whispered.
Mitch shook his head. "Daddy will be angry that I hugged you..." mitch mumbled.
Jerome growled. That was my que to step back. "Mitch. Please stop this. I know you don't like this. It's embarrassing for you" Jerome huffed. "I know you better then your current boyfriend apparently" he sighed sitting down.
I looked to the door as Mack walked in. He smirked as he saw Jerome. "Baby come give daddy a welcome kiss" he smiled.
I wasn't having any of this shit. I walked over to him grabbing his ear lobe. I pulling him down quite a bit-thanks height-tugging on his ear. "Fuck you. Leave my best friend alone!" I hissed. I stomped on his foot making him howl in pain. I smirked slapping him as hard as I could before kneeing him in -The no no zone-GASP! No but seriously I kicked him in the dick.
Mack collapsed groaning. Mitch giggled. "It's over Mack" he laughed. Mack growled standing up. He hobbled out the door holding his crotch.
I chuckled dusting off my hands hugging Mitch. "He ever calls you I'll break his wrists" I giggled. "Anyway I'll let you two have make up I haven't seen you in a month and a half time. No sex. We don't have condoms" I chuckled. They both gave me hugs and I walked out with a large smile. Her mom gave me a thank you and I high five as I left.
I walked across there green lawn to my house. School was tomorrow and I truly wasn't excited. We had a football game and Faith wanted me to go. She was the head cheerleader.
After the sleepover incident her and I where distant. I didn't call or text her often. It hurt to. Just knowing that if she found out I liked her she'd be revolted made me wanna...disappear.
I walked up onto my porch with a sigh. I was suddenly hugged from behind. I looked over to see Lachlan hugging me. I smiled pulling away. "Lil lachy. What do you need?" I asked putting my hands on my hips.
He chuckled picking me up. "I need you. Faith and I are going to the lake. I think poofless and maybe Brendan are meeting us down there" he explained.
I smiled. "If daddy's there I'm there" I chuckled referring to Brendan. "Lemmy grab my swimsuit" I chuckled. He nodded placing me down. I ran into the house up the stairs and grabbed my drying bikini from last night.
I walked into my washroom looking down at my body. "Fuckin hell no wonder she's not interested" I sighed. I quickly changed throwing on shorts and a hoodie. I ran down catching up with Lachlan. "And lego!" I giggled. We both jogger down the street towards that lake giggling happily
