My eyebrows lifted a bit.

She was the prettiest girl I have ever saw since Billie-

...

My mind went silent.

He wasn't speaking.

He didn't say anything.

It's like an angel walked into the room and suddenly stopped all my thoughts.

Her hair was a beautiful colour y/h/c.

Sliding down both of her shoulders covering her chest.

She was wearing a grey sweater.

Ripped jeans under them fish net tights.

And to finish off, vans that seemed like she just bought them.

She smiled at me dearly

"Hi...you're Grayson?..."

Her little voice broke out her small mouth that made a smile from cheek to cheek.

Digging small dimples on the sides.

I nodded

"Hi...."

This was the first time I spoke to someone that gave me treatment here.

It just decided to come out.

It's like my heart chose to.

"Nice to meet you Grayson...I'm Y/n...."

Her small hand reached to shake mine.

I looked up at her and lifted my hand which took up her whole hand and shakes it very gently.

Her smile still gave me goosebumps all over my body.

She kneels gently infront of me.

"Wow...."

Albert said very quietly.

I looked up at him questionable.

"He never spoke to anyone..."

She looked up at him and nodded a bit.

Then opened the big orange envelope in her hands.

I looked down at her narrowing my brows.

Feeling scared.

Now she will literally know what I did in the past.

But not know why am I mentally sick yet physically exhausted.

She looked over the pictures with surprisingly no expressions on her face really.

Instead she smiled and looked up at me.

"So Grayson...how old are you?"

That wasn't even involved in the story...but I answered.

"24"

I whispered my eyes traveling to hers.

"Good...tell me Gray..."

She gave me a nickname...I didn't hear it in a while.

She put her envelope aside.

I watched her lifting my brows.

No one ever did this.

"Do you have a mom?..."

I nodded slightly

"How about a dad?..."

I shakes my head left and right slowly.

"I'm sorry....why not?..."

I keept quiet for a second.

"He passed away from cancer.."

Her face dropped and she frowned.

"I am sorry...does it bother you a lot?..."

I saw Albert leave the room slowly knowing she'll be safe.

"No...I moved on..."

Simple answers. Don't want to go too deep, even tho I want to.

"Did you...have someone else pass away in your family...?"

I had that long sad pause between the words.

"Not in the family...it was the girl I was supposed to be with...."

I said my voice slowly breaking out from the whispering phase.

"Which girl?..."

She asked.

I turned my head the other way.

"Her name was billie..."

I said with a hint of sadness in my voice.

"Really?...I had a friend named billie too...."

She said softly.

"She went to my highschool...but moved away because her dad passed away..."

I lifted both of my brows

"She didn't have a dad?..."

She slowly nodded.

"Her dad passed away the same way she did..."

She whispered.

I frowned

"...is She the reason you're like this?..."

I didn't say anything.

Not so sure in it.

"I don't know..."

I said whispering again.

"...but you do Gray..."

I played with my fingers.

"Maybe..."

"Maybe I do...."

I said quietly again.

She got up slowly and messed my hair up

"I will see you tomorrow Gray...take care ok?...you can rest now"

She smiled and nodded a bit.

I looked up at her and just for her sake cracked a small smile.

Even tho I forgot how to.

Then she left the room.

"Wondering where Albert is?"
