A/N BEFORE THIS CHAPTER STARTS, I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON A PLANE. SO I AM SORRY IF ANY TERMINOLOGY OR TIMINGS ARE WRONG! Enjoy the chapter!

"I miss you..." Bellamy sighed down the phone.

I have been travelling around the world for the past 6 months, and was scheduled to still travel for the next three months. As I got older, I wanted to become a journalist. I had always loved writing and wanted to travel, so I had saved up for a few years to start travelling. During that time I met Bellamy.

He was everything I had ever wanted, but despite hating leaving him behind, I couldn't hold my dream back anymore.

"I miss you too baby... only 12 more weeks ok?" I say lightly, trying to lift his spirits.

Bellamy had missed me the moment I had gotten on the plane, and where he was once happy in our home, he hated being there. It only reminded him of me, and he didn't want to be reminded of me, if he couldn't be with me for a few months. To him, it was like we had split up in a way. Not being able to see me and only having small time windows to talk.

"12 weeks? Is that your attempt to make me happy?" He chuckled.

I hated not being able to spend all this time with him. I hated reading his comments on my artices, because it only reminded me that I wasn't experiencing this with him.

"Ok! Ok, so 12 weeks isn't anywhere soon. But think of it all this way, you have gotten through most of it now. Only a few more months and I will be home, for good." I smile widely. He sighs down the phone again, and I can tell he is running his hand through his hair.

"How's America?" He asks, trying to change the subject.

"It's good. But I am not staying for much longer. Just packing up my things now actually. Greece calls!" I lie.

You see, I couldn't stand being away from home any longer. I was actually taking the plane to come home.

"What time can we-" He asks, but I cut him off quickly. "I don't know the time differences yet. But I promise to call you when I can ok?" "Promise to text me when you get off the plane?" He argues.

I chuckle lightly and nod my head, "Yes. I promise I will. Now get back to work you dork. I'm sure your lunch break ended," I pause to check my watch, "15 minutes ago!"

"Ah. They won't fire me. I'm too valuable to the force." He jokes.

"I love youu!" I shout.

"I love you too baby. Hope the flight is alright. Ok, bye!" He shouts back, and I hang up.

In fact, I was moments away from boarding the plane.

Just as the intercom comes on, telling me to head towards the departure deck, I remember to send Octavia a quick message.

Hey O! Can't wait to see you all so soon!! Are you sure you are still ok to pick me up from the airport? It's not too late is it? xx

I grab my hand luggage and make my way through security, being briefly checked and told to go straight to the Check-in officer. She gives me a big smile as I hand her my boarding pass and passport, and bids me a good flight.

I wander down the aisle to seat F37. A kind looking woman and her child are already sat in their seats next to me, making me think of Octavia and little James. I quickly squeeze past them to get to the window seat and throw my bag under my chair. I pull out my phone, seeing 3 new messages.

NEW MESSAGE FROM : O ❤️
NEW MESSAGE FROM : O ❤️
NEW MESSAGE FROM : Babe ❤️😘❤️

I open up my messages from O first, knowing they are much more important than Bellamy's default "Hope everything goes ok. Don't forget to text me when you land. I love you!"
