Y/n and Alice had just come back inside from playing super heroes when something terrible happened. Pyra burst out of her room a literal fire in her eyes.

Pyra: I've had enough of this s**t, if you aren't gonna kick me out then the program will. 

Lisa: ummm, what?

Pyra: starting with you two 

She walked up to Lisa and Sicily and grabbed Lisa by the arm throwing her into the air, lucky rachnera caught her.

Sicily: that is crossing a line, no one messes with my wife.

Sicily flew into the air and dived slamming into pyra and flying her into the wall.

Pyra grabbed one of her wings and flipped her over slamming her on the ground , miia whipped her tail into pyra but she caught it and flung her to the side.

Alice: mommy!

Pyra turned her attention to the kids 

Pyra: little runts

She was about to knock Alice out of the way but y/n ran and stepped in front of her.

Y/n: no! No more fighting, why do you want us to hate you so much.

Pyra: everyone has, everyone always will. I'm just giving you a reason to drop the act of caring.

Miia: it was never an act

Pyra: shut it worm!

Y/n stepped forward trying to ignore all of the fear they held 

Y/n: why don't you wanna be happy?

This one question broke pyras own act, all of the emotions she had held back since she had entered the program, all the sadness and anger from being kicked out.

Pyra: two years ago my mother died leaving me and my brother to a worthless father who gave us up the first chance he got, my mother was killed by some lowlife humans who thought it would be fun to shoot a random monster with silver bluets, that way she couldn't heal. My brother said not all humans were like that but I didn't believe him, we got split up and I've been hated by everyone who saw me, monster and human alike. So if you act like you want to leave it's easier when they kick you out. But you were nice to me, the human didn't rat me out. I knew it had to be a sham because nobody likes me, what's the point of stretching it out?

Y/n did something that surprised her, y/n hugged them.

Y/n: we weren't acting, we were so happy to meet you even if you were mean, but all I want is for you to be happy to

Rachnera: pyra y/n and miia are the kindest people I have met, believe me I know a fraction of what you have been through, they would always accept your , I know because they accepted me 

Pyra had tears burning on her face she sunk to her knees and curled her legs up to her face, she almost looked like a child.

Pyra: no one has ever loved me, how will this be different?
