Old friends

Miia pov 

Miia had been crying for hours, her smith and the others were gathered at smiths house.

Smith: so I think it's obvious that we need to get y/n back, but I don't know if we can 

Miia: what?!?!

Smith: because she only has to abide by her own nationals laws, she is a princess and a vampire at that. In her land vampires are aloud to claim any human as a food source and nobody can argue. And she claimed y/n by biting them. She legally owns them as property 

They all felt a jolt of both fear and anger.

Smith: the program doesn't have any jurisdiction in her country and the government wouldn't risk a dispute with them. We're on our own here.

Rachnera: what if we hired someone to steal y/n back? Then they could get back to us without her knowing it was us

Smith: it would be a tiny chance, she is incredibly powerful 

Miia: nobody would be stupid enough to take a mission like this

Smith: well, I do know one guy, an old friend.  and I know exactly were he'll be 

*after a short walk to the pub*

Smith walked up to the bar keeper 

Smith: were is he?

Barkeep: right their.

She pointed to a man in a full suit of armor that had a fur trim around the collar and a red plum coming off his helmet that covered his face.

Smith: hello, you sober?

The armored man looked at her

???: oh crap 

Smith: I've got a job for you

He perked up

???: are their goblins? Those filthy little green bastards. KILL THEM ALL!!!!!

Smith: ummm, we want you to rescue a kid from....

???: those damed goblins stole a kid? I'll rip em to pieces.

Smith: it was a vampire 

???: soooooo....

Smith: sure their are goblins 

???: yes! I goblin slayer will bring waste to the retched green sh*tballs once and for all 

Miia: what's with this guy?

Smith: Just go with it, when we found him he was fighting some ugly green things that he kept saying were goblins even though goblins look nothing like that. He's been delusional and has never met the goblins we know.

Y/n pov

Y/n felt light headed as Gemma places y/n in the bed.

Gemma: wait here, I must go attend to my lady, another servant will be here soon with something to eat.

 She left and a little later a woman who was maybe only six inches taller than y/n came in, she had a pinkish skin and two horns coming out of her head.

???: hello, you must be lady scarlets new blood source, my name is Bristol 

Y/n: I'm y-y/n

Bristol: well I'll bet your hungry, you need to be fed so you can have healthy blood 

Y/n could barely move to take the bowl of soup.

Bristol saw this and sat on the bed next to y/n. She took a spoonful of soup, blew on it and put the spoon in front of y/ns mouth until they opened in and placed the food inside.

She spoon fed y/n the whole soup until it was gone, but she didn't leave when they were done, her big goblin heart saddened as she thought about them, she knew that it was painful to be bitten by a vampire.

Bristol: you poor, poor kid. She knew y/n was asleep so she spoke quietly 

Gemma watched this from the door way. A she wondered why tears threatened to fall from her glowing white eyes.
