Y/n and tio started to walk from miias house to where ever they were going. They walked halfway across town while y/n was in a tiny bit of fear of the giant woman. Although she seemed like one of the nicest people y/n had ever met.

Y/n: ummm miss tio, where are we going?

Tio: it's a surprise, lady miia is already waiting for you there

She said this excitedly and tripped over a firehidrent. Tio fell to the ground and clutched her leg tears forming in her eyes.

Tio: ow 

Y/n quickly ran over to her and grabbed her hand, y/n smiled at her and told her that she would be ok.

Tio: Thank you

???: would you look at this, a big crybaby and a worthless human 

Y/n turned around to see the same man from before.

Racist man: I told you you would pay for that

Tio: step back 

Racist man: or what? You gonna cry on me?

Tio's face turned red and she sent a fist into the mans face sending him into the air, he landed hard and was unconscious.

???: fatality!

They both turned to look at a man dressed in a strange yellow and black costume.

???: I'll just leave 

*small time skip brought by y/n ridding on tio's shoulders giggling *

Y/n and tio finally made it to a large building with "adoption center " written across the front.

Y/n: what are we doing here?

Tio: go in and find out

Y/n entered the building and was met by a man and a woman the man was human while the woman had wolf like ears.

Jess: hello y/n, my name is Jess and this is jace. We are here to talk to you, please come with us

Y/n had a small panic attack as they walked, were they here because miia didn't want them, were they getting put up for adoption?

Jess: so y/n, how do you like staying with miss miia?

Y/n: it's been the best time ever 

Jace: is she nice to you? 

Y/n: y-yes

Jess: are you nervous dear?

Y/n broke and started spilling everything 

Y/n: please, I don't want to leave miia. She's the closest thing to family I have, please don't take me away.

Y/n had tears streaming down their face 

Jace: calm down y/n, we arnt taking you away, in fact miss miia has sent us a request to adopt you as her own child.

Y/n: what? She wants to adopt me?

Jess: very much so, she loves you y/n

Jace: would you like to go see her?

They brought y/n to a waiting room where miia was waiting until she saw them, y/n ran to her as she slithered to them.

Y/n hugged her around the waist wich surprised her, she got over her shock and hugged them back.

Y/n: miia?

Miia: yes y/n?

Y/n are you going to be my new mommy?

Miia felt joyful tears escaping her eyes.

Miia: yes my little one, I will

Y/n hugged her more 

Miia: we will be a family 

Jess: this is the best part of my job, now please come with me so we can make it official 

They followed her down the hall to the office and signed a paper stating that legally y/n was now the child of miia, and just like that it was done
