I woke up feeling pretty good
"Hey sweetie your dad and some other young boy is Here would you like me to send them in" she asked
"Umm yea sure thanks" I said wondering who the boy is
She walked out not saying anything
"Hey" I heard a quiet knock I looked up to see joey and my dad
"Oh hey" I said
"So what exactly happened" my dad asked
"Can we talk about it later"I said not wanting to talk about it
"Sure and who is this boy" he asked
"Oh well this is joey he goes to my school" I said
"Hi" joey said a little shy
"Hello and are you and my daughter together" he asked stern
"Dad no he's just a friend" I said
"Ok ok I guess" he said chuckling
"I'm sry I couldn't make it back here I had football practice" he said
"No worry but aren't you supposed to be in school" I asked
"Yea but I asked my mom if I could take a day off so I could be here with you for when you get out of the hospital" he said smiling gosh his smile gets me
"Oh well there not for sure that I'm getting out" I said
"We can still have a good day like I can go get us food we play bored games we can talk and laugh don't worry I'll make it fun" he explained
"Well kiddos I'm going to go pick up your mom from the airport but uh Reagan he's a keeper" he said with a wink
"Ok thx dad" I said chuckling
"So umm want me to go get us food" he asked
"Not right now let's just sleep" I said as I scooted over a bit so he could fit
"Ok" he said chuckling
"What do you wanna watch" I said flipping through the tv channels
"I don't care you pick" he said playing with my hair
"I love you joey" I said looking over into his hazel eyes
"I love you way more than you'll ever know reagan your my entire world and your the reason I'm living to this day" he said kissing my cheek
"Why do you gotta be so precious" I said snuggling up to him
"Idk but I know your adorable" he said pulling me closer to him
We soon fell asleep
