"Joey your moms here" I shake him
"Huh oh hey mom" he rubs his eyes
"I'm sorry you two were sleeping but joey they called you in for practice" she said
"Oh but I told them I could t make it today" he frowned
"I know but Payton couldn't make it he's on vacation with family" she said why didn't he tell me he was leaving
"Oh that sucks" he said looking over at me
"Yea" I frowned
"your mom and brother made it they wanna come and see you" she said leaning on the door frame waiting for joey
"Ok well joey you better go" I said
"Mom I'll be out in about 10 mins go on to the car" he said as she walked out the door closing it
"I love you and I'm sry I have to leave" he said giving me a hug I hugged back it was the warmest softest hug I've ever had from him
"It's ok I love you too" I said kissing his cheek
*slight pause*
"Your blushing" I said chuckling
"Whatever" he said chuckling he started looking into my eyes as I looked back into his they were so pretty he started closing the gap between us making me more nervous than ever he then kissed me I loved the feeling of his soft plump lips on mine I felt my stomach get a million butterflies we kissed for a good 10 seconds then he pulled away
"I'm sorry I forgot u like Payton" he said looking down in embarrassment
"Joey I like you a lot but yea I do like Payton it's complicated" I said looking away from his eyes
"I know but I'm still sorry" he said as his phone rang
"Joey try to hurry they've already called me again" I heard his mom say
"Ok I'm coming" he said hanging up
"I have to go" he said
" ok I'll see you later" i aid as he walked out
