"Um..I'm sorry you're going to have to be more specific"

"Well let me start that again, my name is Kenya Roberts. Me & my fiancée are to be wedded in 2 weeks & I saw your work on Instagram so I contacted."

"Oh, I'm sorry for misunderstanding Mr. Roberts. It's just this is actually my first ever job." Taehyung said.

"Oh really?? You're so talented already! We love your work & style so much. We want to fly you out for our wedding!" he exclaimed.

"I would be honored, um..what do you mean by fly out?"

"You're stationed in Korea right? We live in the States, but our wedding will be in New York. Is that a problem?"

"I don't believe so, but can I call you back at a later time?"

Taehyung got Mr. Roberts contact information before hanging up. All the factors were great, first job offer, good money, some experience, but going all the way across the world was something you & Mina had to agree on together.

Mina was waiting patiently for Amari to finish whatever phone call she had so you two could have some girl time.

You needed to tell someone about your little encounter at the amusement park.

"Okay hey." she said after she finally put her phone down.

"Can we talk about something...kinda serious?" as soon as you said that her expression turned serious. "Ok. Lay it on me."

You took a deep breath and clinched the ends of your skirt. "So me & Taehyung went out the other day. It was fine, we're more than fine...it's just."

"Yea?"

"I was approached by Professor Jeon.."

For the next hour or so you & Amari talked about everything. You told her how you felt during the encounter and how the feeling still stayed with you. Eating away slowly.

"That's because you haven't had closure yet."
She spoke up.

"What do you mean?"

"Maybe you need to finally forgive to be able to move on Mina...trust me on this."

Amari's words stuck with you as you drove back home. Taehyung was sitting down patiently waiting.

"Hey babe.." he got up almost immediately after he spotted you.

Taken back a little "Hey...what's up.." you asked suspiciously.

"We need to talk."

Your jaw dropped, how could he has known. There was no way Amari would've ratted you out on this & if he does know..is he mad you didn't tell him?

"About?" you asked.

"Mina baby, sit down."

Heading to the living room you got more anxious each second. Taehyung look defeated. He also looked anxious.

"Babe..."

"Yea?"

"I got a job offer."

Letting out a sigh of relief you exclaimed "Oh my god! That's great!"

"It is!" Taehyung weakly smiled

"But it's in New York."

HEY! back w another chapter! said i wasn't leaving this time didn't i? also i noticed since the first book i've been misspelling amari & i apologize greatly. its because i have a friend in real life called amaya & i guess my phone autocorrects it without me noticing. but she is the same character. hope you enjoyed, catch you on the flip side
