"so, elijah would you like to, uh, you know- grab a coffee with me?" charlotte asked elijah.
elijah looked at his watch, checking the time. he had class in an hour and had made plans with his friends, but he could leave his friends for charlotte. she was prettier than his friends after all.
the longer elijah took to reply the more nervous charlotte got. he was going to say no. charlotte opened her mouth but was cut off by elijah.
"yeah, sure. i only have an hour though. like, is that okay?"
"yeah, that's totally fine."
elijah smiled, "great."
wow, his smile is prettier than yours charlie, she thought.
