Chapter 4- Yoshino's jealousy; the confrontation

Yami got to the Marriott 15 minutes later, Yoshino had his suspicions he didn't went straight home last night so he started questioning him about where did he went, he told a lie.

"You dare to question me?!" Yami asked his concierge angrily.

"Mr. Sennen, I was concerned about you, I called your mansion and your staff told me that you weren't home last night. You were 15 minutes late getting here and I just wanted to know where you went." Yoshino said.

"Where I went last night is none of your business or concern, you have no right to question me! I am your boss and you answers to me, are we clear?!" Yami asked.

"Yes sir." Yoshino replied.

"Good, now get out of my office!" Yami said.

Yoshino bowed to him as he turned around and left the office, leaving his boss in his thoughts.

"Ra! Yoshino will never quit hovering over me about my whereabouts and I have Awai calling my mansion looking for me and I don't want to speak to her, not after what she did to me, what makes her think I'll forgive her? Right now. My only adjective is to protect Yugi and not let Yoshino push him around. I know he forbids me from hanging out with him, but he does not own Sennen's Marriott let alone run it and he's not the boss of me, I am." Yami said to himself.

Then, he started calling downstairs to the dining area.

"Hello, may I speak to the bartender, please?" Yami asked.

Later that afternoon, Yugi just walked inside the Marriott and headed towards the dining area, but was stopped by Yoshino...

Good grief!

"Hey Moto!" He shouted at him.

"Yes Mr. Yoshino?" Yugi replied.

"Did Mr. Sennen came over to your apartment last night?" Yoshino asked.

When he asked him that, Yugi started remembering what Yami told him last night.

"If Yoshino asked you have I been here to see you, tell him, you never saw me." Yami said.

"No sir, he hasn't." Yugi answered.

"Are you sure?" Yoshino asked as he raised his eyebrow at him.

"Yes sir, I'm sure." Yugi answered.

"Alright then, get to work." Yoshino ordered.

Yugi walked away as he entered the dining area and headed towards the men changing room as he started thinking about Yami.

"I hope I did the right thing by covering for him." Yugi said to himself.

Little does he know, the bartender and the barmaid saw Yugi came into the dining area.

"Let's call Mr. Sennen." The bartender said.

Speaking of Yami aka Mr. Sennen...

*The phone rings*

"Hello?" Yami replied.

"Mr. Sennen, Yugi Moto just entered the dining area." The bartender said.

"I'll be right there." Yami said as he hung up the phone and walked towards the door, leaving his office.

Back to the dining area...

"Ah Yugi, you are just in time. Take this food cart to room 213, then come back and serve table 4." Ironheart ordered.

"Yes sir." Yugi replied as he took the food cart.

Yami just got off the elevator, Yoshino saw him walking passed him, heading towards the dining area.

Yugi happened to come out of there and saw Yami.

"Hey Yugi!" He said as he walked up to him.

"Mr. Sen...uh I mean, hi Yami." Yugi stuttered.

Little did they know, Yoshino saw them engaging in either chatter.

"I thought I gave him a warning." He said to himself as he walked over towards the men.

"Don't you have work to do Moto?" Yoshino asked bluntly.

"Yami, I have to go get this cart to room 213." Yugi said.

"His name is Mr. Sennen to you boy!" Yoshino said.

"Don't talk to him like that, who do you think you are?!" Yami said as he grew angry at the concierge.

"Mr. Sennen..." He said as he looked at his boss in shock.

Everybody saw the situation went down, people coming out of the dining area and saw Yami the owner of Sennen's Marriott defending his employees.

Then they saw him take the food cart from Yugi and gave it to Yoshino.

"You take the food cart to room 213!" Yami said angrily.

"But Mr. Sennen, I'm not a waiter, I'm a concierge." Yoshino said.

"Not anymore, I'm demoting you to waiting tables." Yami said.

"But Mr. Sennen..." Yoshino said.

"There are "no buts", now do as I say and take that cart to room 213. Sucker!" Yami ordered.

Yoshino felt defeated and humiliated, he took the food cart and walked over towards the elevator, leaving everybody in the hotel snickering, including little Yugi.

"I must say Mr. Sennen, that was quite impressive, but who is going to take Yoshino's place?" Ironheart asked.

Yami looked around at his employees and spotted one.

"You there! Come over here!" He ordered.

He walked up his boss and bowed to him.

"What is your name?" Yami asked.

"Akira Fujiyama." He replied.

"Well Akira, I'm promoting you as the concierge of Sennen's Marriott, started now you will be taking Yoshino's place." Yami said.

"Thank you sir." Akira said as he bowed to him.

"Mr. Sennen, if Yoshino is going to be serving tables, who's going to serve table 4?" The bartender asked.

Yoshino got off the elevator and walked towards his boss.

"What in the name of Ra took you so long? Go start serving table 4!" Yami ordered as he took Yugi's note pad and pen and gave them to him.

"Mr. Sennen, what about Yugi? He is left with no position." Ironheart asked.

"He's with me, everyone get back to work." Yami ordered.

Everybody walked away and went back to their stations.

Yami grabbed Yugi by the hand and walked over towards the elevator, leaving Yoshino jealous of Yugi and hating the fact that he had been demoted to waiting tables.

"Son of a bitch! I've been demoted to waiting tables! This sucks!" Yoshino muttered to himself.

"Eh! Who ya talkin to?" An employee asked.

Y'all can tell that employee's from New Orleans, because of that assent. Haha!

"Non ya damn business!" Yoshino said angrily.

"Hey Yoshino, table 4 need you to take their order, SO MOVE IT!" The manager said.

Yoshino growled as he accepted his punishment from his boss.
