Hey guys. Liam here.
Its been awhile since I have written in this book. Im 12 now soooooooo. Yeet.
Im sorry im not writing as often as I would like to. School is making it really hard for me to continue with my story. And thats a problem.
When I was 10 my sister told me about this wonderful site called wattpad. Were you could write books of your dreams and get famous because of them. There were lot of trial and error storys before starting this one. I wrote a story about a puppet, A killer robot, and a joke book. But they were not as successful as they should've been.
Ok. Ill admit. They were not the best books my creative 10 year old mind could of made up. But it was a start. I remember getting really excited when my joke book got 10 votes and that was a big accomplishment for me! And thats when my mind started working. I wrote 10 story's in 1 day. I thought they were pretty good. But I decided to trash all of them. Because sometimes you have to get rid of bad ideas to get good ones. I decided I couldn't really tell a story because I would be switching between the narrator and 1st person. and I still do that. My first chapter of chills had that. (That chapter was really bad.)
Then. In fourth grade, I started reading, Scary stories to tell in the dark. Thoughts books were the highlight of my life for a month. I started checking out all the books from the library. Scaring my siter with the pictures inside of the pages. It was awesome. Then I had an idea. A good idea.
2 words came into my mind at that point.
Scary, stories.
It was then I would be starting to brainstorm names for what is now known as chills. It went from, Scary stories to tell to your friends. To, Scary horror stories. But it would be later to come to the name chills.
I almost copied from the book scary stories to tell in the dark. I did in my second chapter but gave them credit. And I started to get reads. soon I was at 100 before chapter 10. I was then encouraged to write my own! Being 11. I have seen some horror movies I knew what to write.
Over all. I was trying to keep this a secret. But what the heck. I was trying to get to 666 chapters in this book. It was going to be really cool. But now that im 2 years in and only at 100 chapters. I now know that this is almost going to be impossible because now that school is getting harder, I might not get to write all day. And 1 day I might just. Stop.
So I wanted to tell everyone this story encase I dont get back on again.
