I stand in the city circle with about thirty other people, watching the bus drive off. They left us all here with our packs, our hands free from the cuffs. The clouds overhead come to block out the sun, casting an eerie shadow on the buildings. Bellamy turns and begins to walk towards a sturdy looking building, the front windows long gone but the structure seems mostly sound."What are we all supposed to do now." I ask, following him. The bag on my back seeming lighter than I thought it would be.
"We sit and wait for my sister to show up. Nothing else to do." He shrugs and sits himself against the wall inside, opening his bag to go through what ever else might be inside. He pulls out all of the items in the bag, showing nothing that we didn't watch them place inside. Most of it looks to be worn in colder climates, such as the one they've dumped us in.
Outside some shouting starts, mostly men arguing with each other about what they should do. The one man, looking maybe twenty years old, tells the group that they should stick together and try to take the bus down when it arrives with the next group of people. Another man, a kid really maybe about eighteen laughs at him. "You're so dumb! They'll shoot us all dead as soon as we make a move, and then where does that get anyone? We all need to get out of here before they come back."
The boy starts away from the man but is grabbed by the bag and tossed on the ground, starting a small fight that is split up quickly. Bellamy shakes his head and laughs. "Those people out there haven't even been here an hour and yet they're already fighting. This isn't going to end well, and the sooner my sister gets here, the sooner we can get out of here."
My bag slides to the ground as I sit against the wall next to Bellamy. He pulls his knees up, with his arms resting on them. His eyes stare off at a wall without actually focusing on it, a glazed over look on them.
A crunch comes from the doorway of the building we sit in, making me turn my head and lean to look around Bellamy. It's a girl, maybe fifteen, with blonde hair and a thin build, her height maybe 5'4'' and she looks worried more than scared. "Hello.. I come in peace. I just didn't want to be out there where they're hashing it out. My name is Eliza, do you mind if I sit down?" She takes a few more steps in, being cautious.
Bellamy speaks up before me, putting on a friendly smile. "Go right ahead, we won't hurt you. My name is Bellamy." She smiles back and sits down across from us, placing her bag near ours. "Do either of you know anything about why we're here? They picked me up from my house a week ago and wouldn't tell me anything."
I shrug softly. "We don't know much either. The injection was a tracker, and that's about all we know. I'm Athena, it's nice to meet you." There's a brief pause. "Well.. Not under these circumstances anyways." She laughs softly, but her hand rubs the spot on her neck where the injection was.
She pulls her bag in and digs through it, pulling out a water bottle from the plane. Rather than saving it she chugs it all back. Who knows when we'll come across water. But I don't say anything to her.

A few hours pass, half the group split and headed out into town rather than stay and wait. Another young girl joined us, telling us her name is Leeanne, her hair is fiery red with brown eyes and a thin build. She was brought here under the same circumstances as the rest of us.
In the distance we can hear a faint engine noise, alerting us that the bus is returning. Bellamy jumps to his feet and heads to the door of the building.
"The bus is back, looking fuller than last time. I don't think we should be in sight when it pulls up." He turns around and grabs his pack, walking to the back of the room where a dilapidated staircase sits against the wall.
