Nathan

There has always been that one girl in one of the classes that have stared at me like I was eye-candy until the class was dismissed. I don't know her name. She knows mine. I don't know anything about her. She knows everything about me.

It wasn't until my teacher decided it was a bright idea to change seats and pair the girl and I up.

She told me her name was Mandy. That's all she said to me before I started on the project we had to do.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw her staring at me the entire fucking time. She didn't offer or even help at all with what I was doing for the assignment that we will both be scored on.

She just sat there, doing absolutely nothing. I don't know if I'm upset or creeped out.

She was a pretty girl, though. Shiny black hair, pale skin, bright blue eyes, and pink lips. Her eyes were bright and full of so much light. But then again, they are probably like that because she is staring at me.

I glanced at her a few times, but she pretended she was looking at the assignment or ground. Something other than me. But I think we both know she has been staring at me like I was the last person left on Earth.

I tried not to show any sign that I was uncomfortable with her stare, just continued to write things down that were needed to be answered on the assignment. Maybe I should bring it up that this was partner work or that she needs to help...

I decided to leave her be and complete the assignment myself and put her name on it. I don't really mind. I just mind her doing nothing but stare at me without saying anything.

I don't want to be rude and say "do you have a staring problem? " or something like that. But honestly, her stare makes me uncomfortable.

I watched the clock tick, seeing we had a couple of minutes left until we could pack up. I can manage a couple more minute of Mandy staring holes into my head. My eyes were tempted to look her way, but I knew it would be a stupid idea.

I suddenly felt something tap the back of my head and something drop to the floor behind me. I furrow my brows, turning around to see the fallen object. It was a wad of paper. I roll my eyes as I pick it up, undoing the crumbled piece of paper.

Party at Hannah K's place 2nite. Wanna come? Starts at 7

Coby

I look away from the paper and back at where Coby was seated. He raises his brows and gave me an indescribable look that I understood perfectly. He wants to smash Hannah, it's obvious. I roll my eyes but gave a short nod.

He smirks and mouthed 'thanks bro' before continuing his assignment... He's probably just making his partner do all of it.

Lazy ass.

~

I never liked going to parties, mostly because whoever I came with would leave me to talk to someone else. They just forget they came with me. But it's fine... I'll just sit in the corner, minding my own business.

I normally just stay near the counter full of food, constantly rejecting girls who want to take me to a bedroom... I think a lot of people think I'm clueless...

Coby wandered off with this girl he's been talking to for less than a week, his other friends who I guess are kinda mine, are dancing/ grinding with multiple different girls. I had to fight the urge to cringe.
