"Hi, we'd like a table for nine please." Renjun smiled politely at the server.

"Of course, right this way. Oh, would you all like a private room or are you okay sitting here?" Renjun looked over at the others.

"What do you guys want?" Everyone shrugged except for Minji.

"Can we have a private room please?" She flashed a grin at the woman.

"Right away. Follow me please." The server led the nine idols into a dim room that was obviously made for a higher class of individuals. Its setup was a lot fancier than the other part of the restaurant. "Take your seats, we will have a waiter take your orders when you ring the bell." She gestured towards a silver bell in the center of the table.

"Thank you very much." The group bowed, the server doing the same in return. They all took a seat, Donghyuck immediately looked at Minji with guns in his eyes.

"What? What's the matter with you?" She raised her hands up innocently.

"A private room?! Could you have sounded any more snobby? Now people are going to think we don't sit with them because we're 'too famous for normal citizens'. Have you never been in public before?"
Heesun and Jeno, the ones sitting next to Haechan, put an arm over him before he was gonna attack. It worked efficiently, probably because both of them were hella strong.

"Calm down!" Heesun looked at him like he was crazy. "I'm not even this dramatic... and I'm dramatic!"

"At least she can admit it," Jaemin whispered to Renjun, who was at the head of the table.

Pretend there's a chair there

Heesun instantly turned her eyes towards the two. "Do you have something to say?"

Mai facepalmed and shook her head. "No fighting! I get that we all have enemies here, but please, we're eating dinner. Also, we need to get along." She took a glance at Jisung. To her dismay, he had to sit beside her. She "smiled" at him, but it ended up looking like a grimace. He smiled back, but it actually looked semi-okay.
"See?" Mai continued. "Jisung and I are already becoming friends. You guys should too." She shot daggers at the two girls.

"Can we just order now?" Jeno complained. "I thought we were gonna have barbecue, not some lame fights."
He grabbed the bell and rang it before anyone could respond. An employee rushed into the room almost immediately.

"Hello! I assume you all are ready to order," he said with a bright grin. The table went silent, all except for Jeno.

"Yes, we're all planning on sharing, so can we get two orders of numbers four, seven, and eight? Also, we would like a few glasses of sparkling water, and all the side dishes you have."

The waiter looked back at the table after writing down the large order. "Of course. And is there anything else you want?" Jeno shook his head.

"No, I think that's it, but we might want a dessert menu later on."

"Certainly. We'll have your food out soon," said the waiter before bowing and walking out of the room.
Everyone else looked at Jeno in confusion.

"Jeno, have you been here before? When did you look at the menu?" Asked Jaemin.

"No, but I had enough sense to know that some sort of argument would break out, so I looked up the menu online. Anyway, let's get to know each other now," he stopped to glare at Solar, Haechan, Jisung, and Jaemin, "without any fighting."

"Yes! Go Jeno! Woohooo." Obnoxious clapping cafe from the other side of the table, where Mai was cheering him on.

"What in God's name are you doing?" Renjun asked, high-key judging.

"What's it look like? I'm cheering for my boy Jeno, genius." Everyone looked at her in awe.

"Wait, wait, wait," Jisung stuttered, "you stan NCT?" Mai gave them all an unamused Face.

"Yeah! NCT can get it, but some people aren't my favorite." She took a glance at Jisung. He sunk down in his seat.

"Why do you even hate Jisung so much? He's literally the only okay person here. Except for me, of course," Chenle intervened.

"Because he's trying to take my spot as SM's maknae. It's my job to be the youngest, not him. There can only be one maknae. Me."
Chenle dropped his head on to the table, making a loud thump.

"I thought it was gonna be something serious! Ugh, Jisung isn't gonna 'steal your spot'. He's older than you." Mai looked at the taller boy suspiciously.

"Is that true? Because unless there's someone else younger than me, we can be friends if you aren't trying to kill me." The boy looked at her in pure judgment.

"No, why on earth would I try to be SM's maknae? What does that even mean?" The youngest shrugged.

"It means I get attention. Anyway, if you aren't plotting against me I guess we can be friends."

"Sure." Mai clapped again and slapped his back.

"Great! Okay, now that Jisung and I resolved our problems, you two should as well. We gotta be ready for this comeback."

Just then, the scent of beef and pork came wafting into the room. Waiters with multiple platters in their hands came filing into the room. As soon as they set down the plates, the group ravishingly ate the dishes.
Unfortunately, the four enemies were never able to fully solve their wars with each other. Haechan and Minji would still be fist-fighting every time they were with each other. Jaemin and Heesun would constantly argue back and forth about how talented they were. The others, however, just stayed back and watched. After all, what could they do?
