Personality: She may act all kind and flirty when you meet her, but she's really got a cold and emotionless personality beneath all that. She never truly cares for or show loyalty to anyone.
Backstory: When Shadow and Rouge fused, they were reborn as Callidus, an experimental hedgebat who is the world's deadliest one Mobian army.
While Calli does stop the Ark from crashing into the Earth after Amy convincing her, Calli doesn't remain an ally of Sonic.
Calli instead is completely unpredictable on her plans.
One moment she's working for G.U.N., the next she's fighting Sonic who's trying to stop her plans at revenge against the government.
In the events of Shadow the Hedgehog, Calli teams up with Black Doom, only to betray him at the last minute.
During the events of 06, Mephiles takes her form and tries to convince Calli to join forces.
Calli refuses, stating that she's "her own god" and doesn't need Mephiles to win.
She does help Sonic and Silver defeat Solaris, but goes back to being rogue afterwards.
She never truly got close to someone after Maria died.
(Powers and Weapons)
Flight: Being part bat gives her access to wings that she somehow can make them appear and reappear at will.
She can also fly faster and longer when she uses Chaos energy on her wings.
Echo location: She can use sound waves to navigate the dark, shatter glass or hard objects, and stun enemies.
Crystal Summoning: Calli has hunted for jewels enough times that she can make crystals appear.
She can combine the crystals with her Chaos spear to make lethal projectiles that can pierce the hardest metal and explode upon contact.
Stealth training: It may not be a power, but she's trained herself enough that know will know where she is.
Close Combat Expert: Callie is the most deadly being in close quarters combat.
She can easily take on all of Sonic's friends without breaking a sweat.
Chaos Spear: Forms a Chaos energy projectile that she can throw.
Chaos Control: She can either teleport or slow down time.
Chaos Blast: A huge explosion of Chaos energy that can level almost an entire city or cover Angel Island.
Super Strength: Calli has enormous strength in both arms and legs.
She can throw a giant comet into space.
Roundhouse kick Silver to the other side of a continent.
And utterly destroy Knuckles through an entire area of steel.
Super Speed: She's just as about as fast as Sonic or even with him in speed.
She can use Chaos energy to increase her speed.
Durability: She's almost invulnerable to damage.
She survived falling from space.
Getting spin dashed through mountains.
And taking the full blast of a bomb without having a scratch.
Super Form: In her Super form, she can blow up so called gods with her projectiles.

She can easily manipulate you and make you think she's on your side, but then betray you later.
She has no affiliation either with anyone.
Even G.U.N. isn't sure if she'll ever be on anyone's side.
