On Doctor Blanche

Subject: On Doctor Blanche.

I have been working as a psychic detective for 14 years, i have watched various people to keep their abilities under control, making sure they don't make a mistake. Doctor Ines Blanche is an...interesting case, i have been watching her for 2 years by now and once i have never seen her use her ability in her daily life. In one occasion she used it out of anger when we were alone, she was having a breakdown over her older - adoptive - brother, Damian Blanche. - or Allerton since he had a fiance.- looking further into her brother the reason of death is a gun shot. It should be noted that he had hemophilia - Severe type A to be specific. - and undergo replacement therapy for it. He was a police officer.

Other than Mr. Allerton, Doctor Blanche had another brother that died 2 years prior to him - when i started watching her. -, the famed Archeologist James Octave Blanche. Mr. Blanche was paralyzed after a - suspicious, if i say so- car crash. He was described as a healthy man, unlike their adoptive brother, his reason of death is still unclear, the file says poisoning. Doctor Blanche refuses to talk about it as well, which lead me to believe he had some enemies. Anyway, on her ability again, as i said i have never seen her use her ability with the expectation of that one time,which she wanted me to keep as a secret but i gathered some information from people who once knew her. From what i have gathered: She has this ability since childhood - presumably since her birth- using it non-stop or on heavy objects cause minor bleeding, which based on other telekinetics i have observed, will lead to internal bleeding and death. That might be the cause of the rare usage of the ability... I will continue to observe her and will write down any important thing. I hope Doctor Blanche doesn't go down a path of danger, from what i have seen her life is on track.

Note:  I thought this would be an important thing to mention, Doctor Blanche was apparently blind as a child, she never undergo surgery or any other treatment for it. I will look deeper into this later on.
