Falling for the bad boy

Chapter 2.

Amani's POV

As I sat there trying to ignore the boys around me.I started to take my books and materials out when I heard a few laughs come from behind me but I ignored it .
Just as I bent down to zip my bag up I saw a pair of brown timberlands appear in front of me.

Why haven't they moved yet?

I decided to get back up when I heard a deep voice saying " MOVE!"
I gave him a confused expression
"May I help you?"I asked him.

He just gave me the same confused expression as I did to him.
"Your in my seat and asking if you can help me?"

How is this his seat?
This seat was clearly empty

"Ummm this seat was..was ughhh empty" I tried saying sternly but it came out as a stutter.
At this he just stood there looking at me with a weird look on his face. This gave me time to take in his appearance. He had long brown hair, about shoulder length ,hazel brown eyes that you could get lost in within a second,long eyelashes....veryyyy long eyelashes at that ...way much more than I had.his perfectly tanned skin had a few tattoos ....atleast those I could see. He also had a very sharp jawline that looked as if it could cut diamonds. I mean this boy wasn't just 'hot' , he was HOTTTT!! I mean the type of hot that set your panties on fire.

"Mr.renolds!! Please take your seat" our teacher shouted at him
"Mr.bumbury one of your students are in my seat"
He said and gestured his hand at me.

Oh that was his name.

"Find somewhere else to sit....there's a seat right over here by ms.larrimore."
He pointed a light skin girl with long hair.she looked quite and friendly.
"This is my seat!! I went to the bathroom for 5 minutes and my seat is stolen...how's that any fair?"he questioned.
To make things easier for everybody I stood up and packed my things to move over to the available seat.
Mr.bumbury gave me a small smile and I ignored the other stares and made my way to my new seat.
"That's Irvin,he's the bad ass around here" the girl next to me said
"Oh is he always like that? You know... mean?"
She smiled back and said "he wasn't being mean...your lucky you caught him on one of his good days"
I gave her a small smile back.
"I'm hailey"
"Amani mc'donald" I told her.
" that's a cool name."
"My grandma gave it to me"
She just smiled in return.i liked her instantly.she explained the work to me that I missed at the beginning of the class.it was quite easy. at the end of class we received a 1000 word essay.

It's only the first day...ughhh what next?

Hailey and I talked until our next class...luckily she was majoring in English as well which was a relief. we basically had the same classes the only difference is she stayed in the dorms here at school ,and I wasn't ready to stay away from my family as yet.hailey showed me to her dorm when she unlocked the door there was a dark skin girl on the other side of the room.
"Oh this is my room mate " said Hailey pointing at the girl across the room.
"I didn't know you were bringing company over..."she said to Hailey.
Hailey then gave her a good half smile and sat on her bed.
"This is my friend Amani "
"Hi amani ...my names tia...tia bazil "she said with a wide friendly smile
"Hey ...Amani mc'donald"
When we shook hands was when I got a good look at her. Even though she was a very dark skinned girl ,she was one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen,and also the tallest I've ever seen a girl.she looked about 6"3 despite her height she was really pretty with thick curly hair.
"Nice to meet you !"
I just smiled at her still admiring her beauty.
"Which dorm are you staying at Amani?" Tia asked me
"Oh I'm not staying at the dorms ...my house is about 30-45 minutes from here and I wasn't ready to leave home yet " I said back with my best attempt to smile.
"Wow....I couldn't wait to get away from my parents "Hailey shouted from the back of her bed.
"me either" tia said half laughing .
I just smiled at them both.hoping we all could become good friends one day.
I looked around at the room and took in its look. Tia's side was filled with cook books and paint ...I'm assuming that she can cook and paint. Hailey on the other hand side was filled with nail supplies ,make up,and hair....that kind of explains a lot .
They were both going on about the open showers at WRU and how they think it's to revealing and open.the part that really got my attention is when they said that boys and girls share the same bathroom
"Hold up ...WHATTT?" I shouted a little to loudly.
"Yes girl,it's unbelievable !" Tia replied to me
"I mean it's not all that bad ...you get to see the hottest boys in the school almost naked " Hailey said with a mischievous grin on her small angelic face.
"....and all the creeps at this school can watch you take a shower ...you'd be surprised to see what these freaks are up to!!" Tia shouted back
We all bursts out into laughter
"You guys wanna go and get some lunch? Cause I'm starving " Hailey said while standing up getting her purse .
I nodded and tia just went for her bag as well.

We made our way to hailey's white Mercedes Benz.
I was shocked that a girl my age had such an expensive car. I sat in the passenger seat ,while tia sat in the back seat .the car came to life with no complications.

Unlike rachad's car.

"Guys i know an awesome Chinese restaurant right around the corner. "
We talked the entire car ride about some teachers, and students, and where a few classes were located .
We finally came to a stop ,everyone hopped out . The smell of the food made my stomach growl.

I hope no one heard that ...

We was greeted by a short Chinese lady with a yellow and white dress covered in daisies.
She showed us to our table.
Tia and Hailey was talking as usual when my eye caught this light skinned boy with his hair slicked back.his crystal blue eyes were to die for.He was wiping his hands with a napkin and talking to a customer. I watched the way his pink lips moved slowly while talking ,it was like everything was going in slow motion. For some reason I couldn't stop myself from looking at him until he caught me. I quickly diverted my attention from him and back to my friends until I heard soft voice in the back me....
"Good day...can I help you with anything?"
"Ugh...ummm...ugh no.not at all"I finally said after a few attempts.
He smiled at me.

What a beautiful smile he has for a boy.

"Are you sure?"
He must have noticed my nervousness
"You don't have to be shy "
"I'm not sh..shy"I stuttered.

Stupid stuttering

"Sure your not" he said rolling his eyes playfully at me.
"My names Kyle and you are?"

For a moment I forget my name

"Ummm I'm amani....amani mc'donald"
"Ok amani...I've never seen you around here before" he said giving me a small smile
"Oh I've never been here before ...this is actually my first time coming here."
"really? What brought you here ?"
"My friends suggested we eat here" for some reason I feel comfortable talking to him now.
"Oh I see...that's cool I guess " he just shrugged
Just then the door was opened up and I recognized a few faces from class earlier.
Then there walked in mr.sexy from literature....I mean Irvin renolds. His eyes looked around the restaurant and then his eyes landed on me ,and then on Kyle.

"KYLE!!" A lady shouted from the kitchen area.
"I'm sorry amani ....I gatta get going....hope I see you around soon"he said before disappearing
I just smiled at him.
Believe it or not hailey and tia was still arguing about what to get. I just made my way to the cashier and they followed.

Who knew it was that easy.

I then placed my order followed by Hailey and tia.
I turned to look around and my eyes met a much familiar pair of hazel eyes that were obviously watching me for what reason I don't know.

He really is handsome for a bad ass.

I couldn't seem to look away ,neither could he...what was his problem?
During our mini staring contest ,I suddenly had the urge to go pee...so that meant I lost this round.
As I made my way to the bathroom I was a little lost at first but I found it.
I went inside and was admiring the beauty of this bathroom. The walls were pink covered with seashells .more of a beach scenery.
After I was done I was nearly scared to death when I came out the restroom . Irvin stood by the door leaning against the wall with his legs crossed.
I just stood there staring at him blankly....he then said "your first day here and you already found a boyfriend...how cute?"
I tilted my head to the side and slightly raised one eye brow at him.
"Huh?" I said totally confused as to what he was talking about.
"You heard me don't play all innocent now Mc'donald" he almost shouted back as I was about to walk off.... he gripped my arm back he was standing in the front of me .his 6'4 or 5 figure towered of my small body .my heart started racing I almost had a panic attack .
"Yo Irvin ,let's head out man" someone shouted from around the bend...
