Falling for the bad boy

Chapter 4.

Amani's POV

Irvin stepped from in front of me,and walked off without another word.

What the hell was that?

I quickly controlled my breathing. I still could smell his minty breath even though he already left. His scent still lingered in the hallway.

"Amani!" I heard tia shout from the beginning of the hallway.
"Girl where the hell were you? We thought someone kidnapped your ass!" She said through a little laugh.
I just smiled back at both of them . I decided not to tell them about my encounter with 'mr.bad ass' .
" ugh hey I was in the restroom....I forget to inform you guys." I said to them.
"Let's head back to the dorm ladies" hailey then Suggested.
I was a bit happy because now all the attention was taken off me.
When we headed for the exit I heard a familiar voice call my name...I looked backed....it was Kyle.
I was overwhelmed with joy. He jogged towards me. When he reached in front of me he started smiling.

His smile was honestly to die for.

"I forgot to ask for your number...you know...incase I never see you Again..." he said giving me small smile while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Oh ...do you have a pen?" I asked trying to hide my
Rosy red cheeks.
"Ugh....I thought ...I ...had" he tried saying whiles feeling his pockets for a pen.
" oh here it is!" He said with a playful smile on his face.
I looked around for a paper or napkin... "you can write it on here" he held out his hand .
When I held his hand it was warm and soft. I could hold onto this forever . He blushed at my nervousness. I started to write down my number when I saw his chiseled face winced in pain from the sticky point on the pen. I tried to write a little lighter but the ink wasn't working with me so,he had to feel the pain for a few more seconds.

"Can I call you tonight?" He asked happily.
"Yeah I guess" I replied shyly
"Alright ms. McDonald.... I notice your friends are waiting for you so, I won't hold you up anymore. Enjoy the rest of your day beautiful!"
I was taken back by his compliment. I've never had a male figure compliment me at all. It made a million and one butterflies come to life in my stomach. I loved the feeling.
"Thanks Kyle." I said while blushing.

After our goodbyes, I made my way to hailey's car. The passengers side was taken by tia maybe because I took too long. I just sat in the backseat.

As I was eating my food, my mind drifted back to my little encounter with Irvin. It sent a thousand goosebumps through my body. We were way to close to each other. It was the closet I've ever been to a boy in my entire life.I still didn't know what his intentions were. I kind of wished his friend took a little while longer so I could've seen what was going to happen next...but what's done is DONE!

We came back to school and was on our way back to the dorms when we was stopped by a short girl with blonde hair.
"Hey Hailey!" She said excitedly.
"Hey what's up?" Hailey asked her while playing with a pandora bracelet on her hand with numerous pink charms on it.

I'm guessing that's her favorite color.

"Nothing really ...just making sure you haven't changed your mind about tonight...." she said with a bit of hope in her eyes.
"Of course not...I'll be there" Hailey said smiling back at her.
Her eyes were filled with joy and excitement.

When we got back to the dorm,we started to discuss our likes and dislikes towards the food.
Afterwards Hailey walked over to her closet and held out two different outfits. One was a short black lace dress with no straps, the other was a red off the shoulder dress .it was simple but cute.
" ok ok ....which one suits me more?" She asked me and tia.
"Hmmmm..... the red one is cute ....but the black one is sexy as fuck....if your trying to pull dudes tonight wear the black one!" Tia suggested .
"I can't pull dudes tonight girl, renaldo will be there and that'll just cause an argument." Hailey said to her while holding up her outfits.
I'm guessing renaldo is her boyfriend. I could see the way her eyes lit up when she mentioned his name. It was awfully romantic.
