You Were All Dead to Me

Chap 1: The Past

            Jak was hanging out with her guys, the girls and her best friend Sam. It was band practice for the guys and this time it was at Brian’s house. The guys were in a band called Avenged Sevenfold, and they could rock. Their audience was always Jak, Sam, Val, Leana and Gena. Matt was the lead singer and when he performed he liked to be called M. Shadows. Doing all the crazy insane riffs was Brian who was lead guitars, his stage-name is Synyster Gates. Being a lefty guitarist was Zacky and he did rhythm, his stage name is Zacky Vengeance. Bass was covered by Johnny or Johnny Christ as he liked to be called. And the crazy genius on the drums was Jimmy or The Rev. They were best friends, brothers, and they could rock.

            Band practice soon ended and the guys were all sweaty. “Guys, look at what I did” Jak said sort of sounding like a kid although she was 18. She showed them a picture of detailed skull with bat wings. And above it, it said Avenged Sevenfold in creepy letters and under it, it said A7X. “Jak, what is it?” Brian asked his girlfriend

“It’s called a Deathbat and it’s the logo for Avenged Sevenfold, or A7X for short” Jak replied

“It’s awesome!’ Jimmy screamed

“Thanks” Jak said with a smile

“Who gave him a pixie stick?” Leana asked

“The Rev did, I was good today” Jimmy said.

            “Wow, you went creepy for a minute there” Sam said

“I’m hungry” Zacky said

“Well let’s go upstairs and order some pizza” Brian suggested

“Mmm pizza” Zacky said as he ran up the stairs and everyone followed slowly behind him.

“Gena, don’t you feed your man?” Jimmy asked

“Yes I do. But he’s a guy so he eats a lot” Gena said

“Dude he’s 18, he can feed himself” Sam stated

“True” Jimmy said like he was thinking about it. They all agreed on a type of pizza they wanted and then ordered it. It seemed like forever, but it was only 20 minutes, before the pizza arrived and Zacky was the first person to get a slice.

            “So what are the plans for tomorrow?” Matt asked

“I’m stuck shopping. My mom wants to took nice for graduation, even though it’s like a month away” Jak said

“Babe, you know my plans” Val said with a wink

“I’m with Jak, and we both have to finish filling out our college apps” Sam said

“I’m not going to college. Avenged Sevenfold is going to be big so I don’t need college” Brian said

“Well Zacky promised me the whole day with him so that’s what I’m doing” Gena said

“Chores” Johnny said like it was disease.

“I don’t know” Jimmy said

“Babysitting for my neighbors” Leana said

“I’m helping!” Jimmy yelled

“Yea, Mrs. White said that was fine” Leana said

“With Gena” Zacky said with a smile.

“So does everyone want to meet up at the spot after? Like we’ll all text and shit then pick a time” Matt suggested

“Sounds great” everyone said. They ate and hung out until everyone had to leave. Sam is living with Jak and her family because she’s having issues with her own. The both of them do not enjoy shopping so it’s going to be a long day for them. And they knew that what they pick will not be what their parents wanted or imaged.
