Wedding rehearsal went by longer than planned because the guys kept talking about what their weddings were like, minus Brian of course. “Guys, please pay attention” the wedding planner, Izzi, said
“Sorry” the guys mumbled
“The sooner we get through this the sooner you guys can go home” Izzi said
“Yea guys, come on. This is our wedding not yours. Talk about the differences later” Lacey said
“Yes, because the wedding is tomorrow” Izzi said
“Don’t remind me. I just got done being nervous” Johnny said
“Yea, I’m nervous too” Lacey said
“That’s perfect. If you both are nervous then you don’t have to be nervous tomorrow” Ripley said
“Were you ever married?” Izzi asked Ripley
“No I wasn’t” Ripley said
“Ripley and Brian are the next couple to get married” Val said with a smile
“Sorry child, you missed a step. We need to get engaged before we can get married” Ripley said
“Did you just call me child? You haven’t called me that since we were in high school” Val said with a laugh
“Yea, I kinda of stopped saying it when I moved. Slang doesn’t really translate well” Ripley said
“Damn it feels good to have you back” Val said
“You guys keep saying that” Ripley said
“Anyway back to the wedding. I need you guys to pair up and walk down the aisle towards the alter” Izzi said
“But the best mans not here, or the maid of honor” Lacey said
“Are they going to make it at all?” Izzi asked
“I don’t know” Lacey said sadly
“Okay then we’ll just pretend they are here” Izzi said
“Bri, who are they?” Ripley asked in a whispered voice
“Her brother is the best man” Brian said with a slight attitude. “And the maid of honor is her best friend and her brother’s girlfriend.”
“Why did it seem like you had an attitude?” Ripley whispered.
“One of us should be the best man, not her brother” Brian said
“But this is Lacey and Johnny’s wedding. You can have one of them as your best man at your wedding” Ripley said as they started walking down the aisle.
“You mean our wedding” Brian said
“Yea” Ripley said blushing
“You are so cute when you blush” Brian said kissing Ripley on the lips. They continued to walk down the aisle, then Brian walked off to the right and Ripley walked off to the left. Soon Izzi claimed that everyone could go home and get some rest because tomorrow was the real deal. “You two better spend as much time with each other as you can tonight” Zacky said
“I already have plans for tonight. Oh side note; Ripley, Ravyn said that she will see you tomorrow. Her and Tom are arriving late tonight so they’re just renting a hotel near by” Johnny said
“Sweet. I still find it amazing that you managed to squeeze me into the wedding party” Ripley said
“We had to, you’re a like a sister to Johnny. So you had to be in it. It really wasn’t that hard” Lacey said with a smile
