"Alfred!" The black haired women exclaimed putting the box on the meeting room table to hug Alfred briefly. Alfred hugged his startled friend back looking around the room at the curiosity and confusion dotting everyone's faces. The young women broke the embrace and started babbling in a panicked manner. Before America could so much as utter a word a voice interrupted his train of thought.
"Amerika, who is this women?"
-----------------
Tyler stopped babbling when she heard a foreign accented voice question her friend. Tyler looked over Alfred's shoulders internally cursing her height when she had to stand on her tippy toes just to see over her friends shoulders. A tall man with pale skin, violet eyes, platinum colored hair, wearing a scarf, and he was holding..a pipe? Why would someone have a metal pipe in their hands? Now that Tyler stopped and look around she noticed the room was full of people in suits and dresses looking like professionals which she had no doubt they were. Alfred and her were the only ones dressed casually with jeans and t-shirts. Then Tyler realized all the professional people were staring at her with curiosity and confusion. Tyler pulled her attention back to her friend when he tapped her on the shoulder.
"Tyler, what're doing here? And how'd you get past security?" Alfred asked looking at the human with worried eyes. "I'm here because I really need your help and what security? Those two guys out in the front sleeping?" Tyler's words had the American's hands twitching annoyance. America walked over to the door opened it and yelled out, "Moe! Randall! You're both fired!" and shut the door blocking out the noises of protest that came from the two would be guards.
Meanwhile Italy had decided to introduced himself to Tyler. "Ciao Bella~ My-a names Italy!" The Italian greeted smiling at the confused American who just smiled awkwardly back at the bubbly nation. "Uh hi?" Tyler managed to get out despite feeling extremely uncomfortable with all the stares directed at her.
"Are you-a America's girlfriend?" 'Italy' asked her causing America to turn around as he and Tyler shared a brief look before bursting out into uncontrollable laughter. "Me and Al? Oh my god that's freaking hilarious!" Tyler laughed not noticing the even more confused looks on the foreigners in the room.
"Why would you even think that?" America asked his laughter slowly dying down until he was trying to regain his normal breathing patterns. "But serious Tyler what's wrong? You seemed panicked when you barged in here." Alfred said looking very concerned at the human who just went over to the box she had brought in opening it and gestured for him to look in the box.
Alfred looked confused before he looked in the box seeing the decomposing head in it. The smell of decomposing flesh and hair dye filled his nostrils leaving him resisting the urge to vomit. Tyler saw this and quickly shut the box patting her friend on the back in a comforting manner. America stared at his friend bewildered for a moment before he exploded.
"Ty, why do you have a human head in a box?" America's words rang throughout the conference room as eyes flew to the medium sized box that was sitting innocently on the meeting room table. "I didn't kill anyone I swear! It just showed up at my brother's house with no return address." Tyler said looking slightly scared as she stole a glance at the box as well.
America seemed to soften up a bit in relief after that and started to question her. "Why didn't you go to I don't know, the police? Or at least someone who's qualified to do this sort of thing?" Tyler looked away sheepishly fidgeting with the bottom of her shirt. "I was kinda too freaked out to call someone, so I thought you'd be able to help me..." Tyler trailed off realizing she hadn't thought her plan through.
Alfred resisted the urge to face palm and patted his friend reassuringly. "Don't worry we'll take care of this." America said smiling at the other before gesturing for the other American to grab the box which she did holding it close to her body. America and Tyler were about to exit the meeting room when the man holding the pipe blocked their path.
"And just where do you think you're going, Americans?" The taller man asked in an accent Tyler was able to pinpoint as Russian. "Outta the way, commie bastard! We got business to do!" America yelled holding Tyler close to him incase someone tried to hurt her. "More important than a meeting involving the world's economy? And you're just going to stuff your fat face again, aren't you da?" The Russian sneered at them causing Tyler's eyes to widen in shock at the blatant insult directed at her friend.
Tyler saw Alfred deflated a little at the comment about his weight but still responded strongly to the Russian. "Anythings more important than being here with you guys discussing something that will never be fixed." America snapped with a grimace trying to push the Russian out of their way.
"Why comrade, I'm hurt that you would say such things. You should apologize like a good little nation~." The Russian said smiling creepily at the two Americans. "Nation?" Tyler muttered out confused causing everyone in the room to screech to a halt when they realized that they had been using nation pronouns when a human was present in the room. Tyler turned attention away from the tall Russian instead looking at Alfred instead.
"You're a Nation, aren't you?" Tyler said solemnly her eyes heavy with sadness her words shocking all the countries in the room. "Wha--how do you--" America sputtered looking down at the human whose eyes still held sadness in them. "I always knew there was something unnatural about you. I'm just disappointed in myself I didn't figure it out sooner." Tyler said placing the head filled box beside her to hug her speechless friend.
"You knew about our existence? How?" America asked looking down at Tyler who just smiled back at him. "I come from a longline of high standing politicians, all of them have been trusted with your secret. I only found out because I accidentally over heard my dad talking about a few 'nations' being a thorn in his side." Tyler giggled looking up at her friend with a smile showing that she wasn't angry like he expected her to be.
"Huh." Was all America could get out freaking out the other nations in the room that the news of someone knowing about their well kept secret. "So you're America?" At America's nod Tyler turned to the Russian standing in the doorway. "So that means you must be Russia?" Tyler said smiling while sticking her hand out to shake at the large Russian who looked down at her in surprised excitement.
"Your not scared of me?" Russia asked casing Tyler to look at him confused before he reached out to shake her hand. Russia was then pulled close to the human enough to hear her whisper, "Make no mistake. If I hear you insult him again, I'm gonna shove that pipe so far up your ass your gonna end up seeing stars~" Tyler's threat went unnoticed by the American beside but Russia heard to clear as day. "I look forward to it." Russia whispered back pulling away to stare at the pair with a small smile on his face.
America cleared his throat drawing all attention to him. "Okay, now that formalities are out of the way me and shit. Tyler we need to figure out who sent this head." America said as the American girl picked up the box holding it close to her once again. "It was label if that helps." Tyler commented holding the box with one hand and showing the American personification the tag. America froze when he saw the tag.
