The next assignment for the Graphic Contest of the Guild of Graphics was to redesign a literature book. I don't know if any of you have read the Collector, but I had to read it two years ago and it was quite interesting. For the assignment I was given in English class I had to make a cover as well. This is what I made two years ago, with Picsart:
It was the first cover I was ever proud of and to be honest I stared at it for a pretty long time. Looking back I realize that it wasn't that amazing. But the nice part is that at that time I did think it was. Anyway, I thought I'd redo it the way I create covers now. But the truth is that other than my first version of the Collector I've never created a non-fiction cover. And I've never created a vector graphic either so that's a lot of new things for me, but I did it! And here's the result:
