Hello, my paint bucket was empty so when I got a new one I wanted to start over. The color wasn't the same anyway. I like Sapphire a lot more. Who's with me?

Okay so this isn't my best cover ever, but it's for a cover contest and well all the ideas I had didn't meet the requirements. They still don't, but I had so much trouble finding a ballroom with people in it that I gave up. So now my ballroom is kinda hidden.
These were the requirements: - It has to be on a ball - A girl in a ball gown has to be on it - The cover has to be elegant and pretty - The ambiance should be chic - Something blue has to be on it
Well the ball is behind the windows. The cover isn't elegant, but is it pretty? Compared to my other works I don't think it is, but it's my own work so I'm probably more critical, what do you think?
The ball gown is on it and it's blue so that's killing two birds with one stone. I don't know if the ambiance is chic, what is considered chic?

I don't think it was supposed to be a Fantasycover so I left out the pretty blue lights xD
