As I walked through the corridors of high school, I looked at my surroundings. People emptying their lockers, people filling them up, people talking, people flirting, people being people.

I walked up to my locker and put my chemistry book inside it, then to receive my art folder. It was a free period for me, so I decided to walk to the top of the field where my tree was and draw. I saw my tree had two pieces of paper hanging from the trunk by a drawing pin. I pulled them both off and chose one to read first.

Dear Female Clothed Cupid,,

I need help! My boyfriend and my best friend are acting weird around each other and there was a party the other night. They've been acting weird ever since. What should I do?

I had received these type of letters so many times, I decided to photocopy the original letter and just write on the locker to give it to. I opened my art folder and retrieved a copy and quickly wrote on 21, then sealing it in an envelope. I picked up the second letter and began to read.

Dear Female Clothed Cupid,,

Well I'm guessing that you usually get the letters from a girl saying that she thinks her boyfriends cheating on her. I am going through the same thing, except this time the roles have been reversed. I'm cheating on my boyfriend with his best friend. I really don't want to ruin their relationship, but I don't know what to do. Please help me.

This type of letter was a lot less common, so I need to really rack my brain for some advice until I got some.

Dear Locker 76,

Your problem is actually a lot less common for me to retrieve in the letters, so I had to think for a bit. I think, that you should take a break from both of them. But if you love your official boyfriend more than his best friend, then break up with the best friend. Tell him you don't have think it's right that you should date behind your boyfriends back. But if you love them both equally, go with option one and take a break. If you need more advice, you know where my tree is.

After I finished writing the letter I sealed it in an envelope and put it in my bag along with the other one. I got my drawing pencils out and thought of something to draw. I chose a daisy and looked at it in a full close up. I focused on the shading and the tones, until I saw people leaving the school building.

Lunch time.

I gathered my stuff, and put it all back in my bag and carried the letters in my pocket of my parka jacket. I walked to the bottom of the field and over to the inside, where my locker was. I put some of my other books back and put my entire bag in there, when it was relatively empty. I walked into the cafeteria and queued up for some food.

I bought a burger and some fries and sat down at a table, to be joined, not long after, by my best friend Delilah.

"Hey Faith. Any letters today?" She greeted me and I smiled at her.

"Yeah, I got two. Apparently locker 76 is cheating on her boyfriend with his best friend." Delilah gasped and we both ate a fry.

"No way." She giggled and took a sip of her bottled water.

"Yeah way. But you're not allowed to come with me when I drop the letter off. I think you might know who's locker it is." I told her, making her shoulders droop and I laughed. For the rest of lunch we giggled and chatted about clothes and movies.

After we had finished with lunch, we put our trays in the trash section and we walked out into the corridor. I got Delilah to keep an eye out in case any one was coming when I posted the letters through. Once we were done posting them all in the right locker, we left to go sit outside and wait until the bell went for next class.
