Caught In Between

{Chapter 5} Loss

As you walked down the lone hall. You could hear your heels clicking on the cold tiles of the floors. Finally, you reached the end of the hall and you made a right. There was two doors, one on the left and the right. The one on the left had a silver plate next to the door that said "MANAGEMENT BUISNESS PURPOSES ONLY." The one on the right had a golden plate next to the door that said "Janoskians" and on the door it had a star that said "LOUNGE"

You stood there staring at the door. This is it. You took a deep breath and stuck the key into the hole. Turned it sideways, then took it out and then opened the door. You peaked your head in.. "Hello??" It was quiet, Other than the sports channel playing on the flatscreen. It seemed like no one was here so you just walked in and closed the door behind you. Then you heard a voice "Jai, is that you?" Oh shit. Someone was coming.. You turned around but then the person came into the room. "Oh hello there, who are you?" Ohhh Shit. you just got caught... You turned around, "Um.. Hi I'm..." It was Luke Brooks. After all these run-ins with Jai and meeting Beau today you started to get use to the feel of meeting celebrities. Which was good in a way, you learned how to react calm and not freak out. "I'm sorry who are you again?" Luke asked. You hesitated and started to ramble.. "I'm (Y/N). I'm so sorry for walking in, I didn't mean to just walk in.. it's just Jai told me to-"

"It's fine haha, those are Jai's keys and he usually never gives them to just anybody. You must be a special friend." Luke said as he examined the keys in your hand. "Ohh no, actually I'm just one of the winners of that contest." You said blushing. "Ohh, Well have a seat, the remotes over there. I just need to go fix my hair. soo" He said as he pointed to the bathroom. "Oh okay, thankss!" you said, Luke then left to the bathroom. You dropped the keys on a table, and then took a seat on the couch.

As I walked back to the bathroom to take a selfie before Jai gets back. All I could think of is DAMN that girl is smoking. I fixed my bow tie and brushed my hair. Now time for a selfie so I can make all my fans ovaries explode. teehee! When I was right about to take a picture. My iPhone buzzed. Ugh Jai, always texting me when I'm in the middle of a selfie.. "Michelles here." Michelle? Hm.. I knew a lot of Michelle's. Not really friends with any of them but this girl must've been special to Jai or something. Damn Jai's getting all the girls today. I should've went out for a walk with him.

"Do you mind Jai? I'm trying to take a selfie and you keep buzzing in! Oh and which Michelle? The cute one from Science? ;) btw theres this hot girl here that had your keys so since your having a playdate with the other one, I guess she's mine" That should be a lengthy text.

"wtf no time to explain and no i'm talking about michelle martinex" Jai texted back. Michelle Martinex... I kept repeating that name in my head. It sounded familliar but I couldn't lay my finger on it. I just have so much going through my mind at the moment with the single coming out and all these promotions. I heard the door open again, Jai must be here.

I flip my hair and then take a quick selfie to post on twitter. Yeh, my fans going to lovee this one. I uploaded it on twitter then put my phone in my pocket and walked out of the bathroom into the main room. "Jai you're- ...mum?" "Oh hello there Luke!" Gina said as she smiled. "Your friend here is very pretty, is she from school?" "No mum, she's one of the fans that one the contest." I said embarassedly. My mum's always trying to embarass me. Even though I know she doesn't mean to but come on. "Anyways Lukey I just wanted to check up on you and Jai. We wouldn't want you to get stuck with some weird girls on your date! Hahaha" Gina started to laugh. "Haa... Okay mom. You can stop.." I said very nervously.

I mean HELLO? There's a girl RIGHT there and she's obviously one of the winners from the contest if I don't know her from school. Gosh, way to awkward things up. I'm pretty stressed about all this stuff right now. We have our single 'Set this world on fire' coming out, and management is making us do all these contests for promotion. When I mean management I mean SONY (management) not my mother Gina, she would never pressure us into doing stuff like this.
