Nightmares

chapter 3

Rose was awoken in the morning by a shake from the tardis, by now she was used to it since it always happened whenever they landed somewhere. Once the shaking stopped she darted to the console room to find out where they had landed.

As she walked into the console room she immediately saw the doctor with a wide grin on his face.

"What're you so happy about"? She asked with her signature Rose Tyler smile, tongue between her teeth.

"Oh do I have a treat for you miss Tyler!" He said still grinning like a maniac.

Sensing that he wanted to suprize her she repressed the urge to ask him where they where, she would find out soon anyway.

"What should I wear" rose asked obviously trying to piece together where they were going in he head.

"Don't worry about it, the tardis already picked you out something" he replied

"Okay" she answered with an excited look on her face,then sprinted to the wardrobe to find out what the ship had picked out for her.

There it was, a beautiful red long silk dress. Once Rose put it on she stood in front of the mirror just admiring it. After about a minute of

admiration she found the shoes that went along with the dress. Just normal white heels that suited the dress perfectly, even if you couldn't see them that well, due to the length of the dress. At least she knew they were there. Soon after her outfit was completed she did her makeup, and hair. For makeup she did nothing special, just some lipstick and mascara. For hair a bun, with a few pieces of hair out in the front and curled. Everything seemed to match so perfectly, and it did.After giving a few more glances to the mirror, she decided it was about time she get back to the console room.

As Rose walked into the console room she saw the doctor leaning against the console, waiting for her. She then realized instead of him wearing his pinstriped suit, he was wearing a tuxedo.

"You know I think that's the first time I've seen you in a tux" she commented casually, as she walked closer to the console.

Once the time lord saw her outfit his jaw dropped.

"Rose... You really are gorgeous" he said once he caught his breath

"Thank you, you don't look that bad yourself" she said looking him up and down.

"Ready?" The doctor said suddenly remembering the whole point of them wearing these outfits.

"Can't wait" she replied eagerly
