ROXY'S POV
I HAVE BEEN staring at my brother's empty room. God Alec! I lost Xavier now you.
I didn't want to wake mom up but looks like I need to stay with her than following my stupid twin brother. She's still weak after what happened last night.
My mom didn't overreact about Kuya Xavier's disappearance because of the group of detectives, agents, and even the school's security services that were highly skilled-led the investigation to a dead end. There was still no news from my brother.
Last night was the first night where I hadn't dreamed about Kuya Xave and maybe because I was too tired to think.
My brain is completely damaged. The information was so much more than memorizing and understanding my lessons so that I may recall important details.
But screw that I need to think of something. F*CK you Alec! I had enough of your stupidity. Sometimes he needs to wrap his head around somethings.
I searched for clues, notes, or a letter that would explain where he is. Nothing! not a single- wait... I hear footsteps.
"Darling! Why didn't you wake me up? Come downstairs lunch is ready."
Shit what should I do? Ang aga aga bumunga naman ulit ng isang napakalaking problema.
'Knock knock knock'
"Alec, darling can I come in?"
Oh no... he's doomed but it's more like I'M DOOMED. It's Wednesday for Pete's sake, not doomsday.
The doorknob slowly turned revealing my mother who had dark circles under her eyes, her messy brunette hair, her dried pink lips that were now bleeding as she bites it hard seeing an empty cleanroom where her son was supposed to be.
I closed my eyes shut as I cover my ears when I expected to hear her yell that fills the mansion whenever bad things happen but to my surprise, she stayed silent.
I immediately opened my eyes as I look at her.
My mom has a calm expression staring at an empty bed. I watched how her face dropped from calm to eye-teary.
"Mom..." I called her attention which made her look at me. A look mixed with pain and relief.
"Will you also leave me?"She murmured as tears fall like a broken dam once again. I rushed to hug her tightly
