Shan Yun, a high ranked Eyeless leader and co founder. Described as an avrage famous opera singer who devotes his songs to the void and its embodimentment. Hidden within his melodic lyrics of his own mind he sings of the possible story of how the Outsider came to be. And makes many riches with it.

And Ivan Jacobi. A politician who helped make the eyeless gang with Shan Yun. So devoted to his work he killed one of their own because they stolen important documants from a famous painter who has painted physical paintings of the void.

The most high ranked of the Eyeless hold a tattoo with this mark. To show each other who is truly an eyeless and who is a fraud.
And with both Shan Yun and Ivan Jacobi eyeless they both hold two separate keys to a vault in a bank not far from their offices that holds the double bladed knife that has been said to have created the Outsider.

This blade has been said to be older than the Outsider himself. Four thousand years old or perhaps older. Holding the soul of the Outsider himself and keeping him bound to the void. Possibly the blade is the only thing that has keep the Outsider trapped. Maybe even made from fragments of the empty dimension itself, whoever holds it has the key to either kill him. Or free him.
