Chapter 34

        I woke up a little bit happier because today's Easter! i asked my mom if I could stay home today and she said yes so I called cash.
"Hey cash happy Easter!"
"Happy Easter baby I was just about to call you because my mom told me to ask you if you wanted to celebrate Easter with us."
"Yea sure we weren't going to do anything today either I was just gonna go to the store and buy myself a huge bag of candy."
"Haha okay get ready babe ima ask maverick to pick you up."
        "Okay bye"
         I hung up and went to change. Once I finished changing maverick parked in front of my House. I got out the house and into Maverick's car. I looked at maverick and he looked sad
"Hey maverick what's wrong?"
Maverick refuses to look at me "Nothing."
"You can trust me of course if you don't want to tell me you don't have to"
Maverick looks forward and starts to cry. I tell him to pull over to the side and he does.
"I miss her y/n I miss her so much"
" who?"
"Olivia." He starts crying
I sigh " I miss her too Maverick I want her to be the girl and cousin I knew two years ago but time changes, it sucks I know but what's a life without ups and downs"
Maverick looks down "I try not to
Miss her but it's to hard"
"I go through the same thing especially with her mom. I stopped crying over her but on the inside my heart was shattered but I had one piece that was still strong and that's because of my parents and cash. So no matter how broken you feel right now you still have one piece of your heart that's still standing there, and that piece Is for the people that care for you. Plus today's Easter so go pray to god and tell him what's happening and he will try what he can to help."
Maverick sniffs " thank you y/n"
"No problem mav"
Maverick turns the car to the right and stoves to his house. Once we get there I walk to cash's room.
"Hey cash"
"Hi y/n what took so long?"
"I was talking to maverick because he started crying about Olivia"
"Oh is he better now?"
"Yea he cheered up a bit"
"Well that's good, so you ready to hunt for eggs?"
I grab a bucket and look at cash "hell yea one with the least eggs gets eggs smashed on top of their heads!"
I run off. cash gets a basket and runs after me. We each run around collecting eggs like idiots. Once we finished we sat down and counted who had the most.
       "We have the same amount...."
       "Welp that means we both get eggs smashed on our heads."
         "Who's going to smash them in our heads?"
          "What about maverick?"
           "Okay MAVERICK!!"
          Maverick walks down the stairs "Yea?"
           "Do you want to smash eggs on our heads?"
           "Wha-? Of course!" Maverick rubs off to the kitchen and gets the eggs
            "I'll do cash first!" He decided that we each get one side of the egg carton. He smashes one of the sides on cash's head I record it and post it on Instagram. Then he does me he grabs one egg and smash's it on my head it smelled horrible but it was fun. After that we all smelled like eggs. I asked cash if I can borrow his clothes he laughed and said it'd be too big. I told him I didn't care because the smell was bad. He gave me his smallest pair of pants and shirt. He also gave me a hoodie! I asked him if I could use his shower and he said yes. So I took the clothes and went in the shower. Once I got out I put cash's clothes on they were pretty big but I didn't care. I got out the bathroom and cash started laughing. I smiled and punched him on the arm. 
        "Stop laughing at me" I yell
        "Sorry it's just my clothes are huge for you."
         "Ima go home now cash"
          "Aww Okay bye."
          "Bye" I hug cash
         "I ask maverick if he can drive me home he agreed and drove me home. I went to my closet and put pajamas on. I put cash's cloths in a bag so that I can give it to him tomorrow. After that I went to sleep.
