Chapter 3

Toby's POV.

Me and Masky were walking through the woods to get to the 'property line'. It's not actually our property, I mean it's not like we payed for it but it's the line were if other humans pass it we have to go and kill them. Along the 'property line' there's a line of traps, bear traps, nets and other stuff like that. Currently Masky is about to walk right into it. Should I really save him thou?

Masky's POV. (finally)

I was just walking when Toby grabs the back of my jacket and pulled me to the ground.

"Hey! What was that for?!" I yelled.

He picked up a rock and dropped it right were I was about to step. A bear trap sprung out from it's hiding place.

"Y-your welcome." Toby said all proud of himself.

"You still didn't need to pull me all the way to the ground." I retort.

"A-are you r-really going to b-be that picky? Anyway we h-have to climb the t-trees." He says.

I just nod. He saved me even after I tried to kill him. God if Slender's right about him being valuable I'm going to have to kill myself.

"H-hey! Masky a-are you coming?" Toby called down from the tree.

"Y-yes."

I STUTTERED! I can't believe that I stuttered! I climbed up the tree and we stared.

~Time skip~

We have almost made it full circle and Toby has saved me a few more times. That means that I owe him. I hate owing people. Right then Toby was tackled out of the tree by the Rake who thankfully didn't notice me.

"Zalgo wants to talk to you Toby.~" Says the Rake in a taunting manner.

Toby struggled to get out from underneath him. He motioned for me to stay in the tree. I wonder what Zalgo wants with Toby? Whatever here's my chance to pay back some of my debt.

Happy Easter!!!! Sorry for not updating yesterday. I had some extra school work to do plus I was helping my dad make some shelf things.

So I hope you are all enjoying the story so far I know the chapters are really short but they look a lot longer on paper and I don't want to start updating whenever because I feel like part of the problem with the last story was that I burnt myself out and it stared to feel more like a chore than something I do for fun. So I apologize but this is the way it's got to be :). So I will talk to you guys next week, bye!
