Masky's POV.
I grabbed a loose branch and jumped out of the tree and stabbed the Rake right in the back. Using the opportunity Toby kicked the Rake in the chest with both feet. Rake fell off of Toby but he got right back up and grabbed me. He threw me into a tree. I hit my back hard and broke my arm due to the way I landed.
"Oh look who's here, it's Masky! Zalgo will be pleased when I bring the both of you in." The Rake turned around to look at Toby only to notice that he was gone.
"Where did that little shit go! Oh well I'll just kill you and bring your head back to Zalgo so he won't be as mad when he sees that I don't have Toby."
I struggled to get to my feet only to fall back down. God my arm hurts.
"Awww does Masky need help getting up? Here I'll help." The Rake grabbed me by the collar of my jacket and slammed my back against the tree again.
I looked around for Toby but he was nowhere in sight. He left me here to die. The Rake held me up a little higher. I grabbed his hand and tried to make him let go but to no avail. This is it, I am going to die.
"Is the little Masky trapped and all alone?" Said the Rake still making fun of me. He prepared his other claw to go strait through me. I struggled more but still couldn't get out of his grasp. I looked away ready for the pain I would soon experience, when Toby jumped out of the tree and blocked his claw with one of his axes. He swung the other one and embedded it right in the Rakes side. The Rake let go of me and jumped back. He pulled the axe out of his side and ran away mumbling curses under his breath.
"I told you to stay in the tree." Said Toby.
