Theatre Romance (Prinxiety) pt 1

Virgil was seriously dreading that his friends, Logan and Patton, dragged him to a musical. He didn't even know what it was called. Why was he here? The music started and lights became brighter until all focus was on a boy in his bed looking at a laptop. "I'm waiting for my porno to load. My brain Is gonna freaking explode. And now of course it's time to hit the road which means I'll be uncomfortable all day." Virgil giggled but then went back to his sulky mood as soon as Patton looked over. Virgil decided to just focus on the character(s) for now. He noticed the first character was actually kinda a lot of cute. He looked like in another life he could be a prince. Virgil was snapped out of whatever he was in when he heard a high pitched and loud "ITS FROM JAPAAAAAAN!!!" His eyes widened as he noticed he was sitting uncomfortably. "Well shit. I ain't takin care of that." So Virgil took off his hoodie for the first time in YEARS and wrapped it around his waist. He looked back to the stage and saw that the cute one looks like he's having a seizure and screeching. Virgil felt immense worry. Is that supposed to happen? Is he ok? Should I? Nope nope he's okay now... "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" surely this wasn't supposed to happen? "Your squip" oH it was part of it. Huh. Time passed and Virgil just kept watching the cute one who in this musical was named Jeremy. He'd have to know his real name soon. Just then a song that Virgil actually knew comes on. "I am hanging in the bathroom at the biggest party of the fall. But I'd rather fake pee than stand awkwardly or pretend to check a text on my phone. Everything felt fine when I was half of a pair but through no fault of mine there's no other half there now I'm just Michael in the bathroom. Michael in the bathroom at a party. Forget how long lioebeen. I'm waiting it out til its time to leave." The song went on and tears fell from Virgil's eyes. He wiped the tears and watched closely.

Screams filled the room and Virgil jumped out of his seat and onto the floor. It took him a bit to recover but when he did "tell her that she excites you sexually." He giggled and composed himself again. He looked over to Patton and Logan and he saw they were holding hands. He clapped quietly for them. He looked back over to the stage and then everyone started to clap. He clapped too not knowing why until he saw "Jeremy" bow. He stood up and clapped and smiled. Little did Virgil know that his smile caught the theatre boy's eyes.
