Philips POV
I woke to the sound of the closet door closing. I get up with the help with my elbows. I open my eyes a little and saw George getting changed into a suit and tie. I was about to say something but then George looked back at me. Oh sorry babe did I wake you up? George said walking over to me. Nah your fine *yawns* but I have two questions for you. I said to George as he sat down near my knees. And those questions would be? He asked looking at me. 1. What time will you be back? And 2. What time is it? I said rubbing my eyes. I'll be back at 6pm. And it's 11am right now. George said moving closer to me and caressing my cheek. Are you still aloud to text during the meeting? I asked leaning into his touch. Yeah and there will be 10 minutes breaks so I'll call you when I have breaks. George said standing back up but he was still caressing my cheek. He leaned down and kissed my lips then stood back up. I have to get going sweetheart. George said. Aw okay. I made a poutie face. Aw don't make that face babe. George said kissing the top of my head. I smiled but I held on to his wrist while he tried to leave. Come on babe let go or I'll be late. George said looking at the door and not me. I tried my best to pull him back but I ain't as strong as him, so when I pulled him he didn't even move. I let go of his wrist, and he left the bedroom to his car and went to the meeting. When I knew he was gone I got up and took a shower, after my refreshing shower, I dried off and grabbed the light blue smoked sleeveless dress I got from Victoria's Secret, and put it on. After I got the dress on I grabbed the makeup I got the other day and went back to the bathroom to do my makeup. I used foundation, mascara, eyeliner, light brown lipstick, and light eyeshadow. After two hours of being in the bathroom and doing my makeup making sure it looks perfect. I went down stairs and had a hard time trying to find the stuff I needed for my surprise. I grabbed a big pot and added water into it and put it on the stove and turned it on so it would boil the water.
Time skip to when Philip is done making the dinner. Aka it takes 3 hours to make the food
Me and George hasn't talked since this morning. I'm guessing because he's busy with the meeting I mean I was busy as well. After I made the spaghetti, I grabbed two bowl and put them on a counter next to the pot. I went outside and saw there were fairy lights and pretty flowers all around. I placed a table big enough for me and George and placed two seats one on the other end of each other. I grabbed some candles and placed them all along the the kitchen and living room and one in the middle of the table. I turned on the fairy lights and went up stairs and grabbed my tan flip flops and put them on. I fixed my fluffy hair then went back down stairs and grab two wine glasses. I filled one glass with water and the other with red wine. I placed the drinks at the other end of each other. The water on my side and the wine on George side. I saw a speaker and decided to play love songs. I looked at my phone and saw it was 6pm, I saw a text from George.
From George- I'll be home in 5 minutes babe😘
From Philip- Okay I cant wait to see you😘
I saw that he texted that 3 minutes ago so I have to wait for 2 minutes, I grabbed the bowls and filled them with spaghetti and placed them with the drinks one on the other side of each other. I grabbed forks and napkins and placed them with the food and drinks. I fixed the dress and my hair then I heard the door open.
George's POV
I came home tired and not in the mood to argue or yell. When I closed the front door I saw candles all around the living room and kitchen. I saw the back yard was lit up with fairy lights and I heard.. love music? I drop my car keys and went in the back yard and saw Philip standing next to a table set for two with food and drinks on it with a candle in the middle of the table. I also saw Philip wearing a light blue smoked sleeveless dress with flip flops on and makeup. W-woah. Philip what is this all about? I asked going over to him. Wellllllllll since you do lots for me, and take care of me. Yesterday we were supposed to go on a fancy date but I got sick, so t make it up to you I made dinner. So it's like a little date. Philip said looking up at me. Aw babe you didn't have to. I said taking his hand and kissing it. He blushed and turned around to the dinner he made. I sat in the seat with the wine and he sat with the glass of water area. I took a bit of the food and was surprised. Wow Philip this is good. I said eating more. He giggled and ate. So how was the meeting? Philip asked taking a sip of his water. I took a sip of my wine. It was long and boring and busy. That's why I didn't get to text you or call you. But I kept thinking about you. I said looking at him in awe. He blushed and looked back at me smiling.
Philips POV .
After we ate George sat up and went over to my side of the table. May I have a dance? George asked with his hand out. I accepted his hand an he pulled me up from my chair and lead me to a open space of the yard where we could dance. A song was ending and the next song that played was " Marvin Gaye" by Charlie Puth. Ft. Meghan Trainor." George wrapped his arms around my waist while I wrapped my hands around his neck. Well I mean I tried he's way taller then me so yeah. We were in the middle of the song when he unwrapped his hands from my waist and unwrapped my hands from his neck, he held on my hands and twirled me. W-wow. I said surprised then I giggled. The sound was coming to a ended and he twirled me then let go, I used my pointer finger and made motion for him to come here. He walked over to me and dipped me and when the song ended he kissed me. Of course I kissed back. We danced the night in each other's arms, mostly I was in his arms. We stayed up until 12 since George didn't have a meeting tomorrow he also told me he will show me around France since I've been in this house for awhile.
