ONCE I UNPACKED ALL MY STUFF. I walked downstairs Towards the living room. To see Nicolas sitting there reading some papers. Once he noticed my presence, he put down the papers and stood up.

“You good?” he asked. I nod my head. He walked passed me nudging me to follow him. “I know a great diner down there. And preeeetty much the waiter there knows me, and maybe we could get some discounts.” he said, opening the door. He locked the door once we're outside. “You're overpowering her aren't you?”

“What? Of course not! I just know her! She's like grams by the way.” he said. Getting inside his car. I sighed getting inside too. He drove out of his garage. Driving towards the gate, driving off.

Once we got inside we took the booth near the window. I sit at the opposite side of my brother. I lay my arm on the table, as i grab the menu with my other arm. I scanned the menu, smiling slightly. The food kinda reminds me back home. “Hello Nicolas how ya doin?” I looked up to see an older woman. Her hair pale blue because of her age. And one of her eyelids seems to be closed permanently. She wore those 80s' diner girls clothes in pink.

“Oh, I'm doing good lazy Susan.” he said. Her eye trailed to mine and it was filled of surprise and joy. “My! You must be (Y/N)!” she exclaimed. I smiled, nodding my head. She came closer to me. “He always show you off to be his ‘greatest sister in the world’ whenever he's drunk” she whispered, she moved away smiling at me. I laughed. “Really?” I asked. She nods her head, as she brought out a notebook and a pen. Nicolas looked at us weirdly wanting to know what we were talking about earlier.

“So what you two wanna order?” she asked. “I'll have my usual please.” my brother said. “How about you?” she asked. I looked at the menu again deciding what I want. “Oh, I'll just get some pancakes and a hash brown Please.” I said. She nods her head walking away. “I like her already.” I said chuckling. “What are you guys talking about earlier?” he asked, I shook my head crossing my arms leaning back on my chair.

“ Aww, c'mon! Tell me please, We're bros and sis!” he said. I still shook My head, he groaned and looked away. I snickered, as I looked outside. The sun has finally rised. A lot of people has gone out of their houses, and now they're walking around.

“Here you go!” I looked back, as Lazy Susan placed our food infront of us. We thanked her and we start to scarved down the food. Once we finish Nicolas left the bill on the table, and once again we're outside. (I am questioning myself how many times I've used ‘once’) “Hmm, what to do...” Nicolas said trailing off. I stared at him snickering at the process.

Then he snaps his fingers. “Oh yeah! I could just show you around Gravity Falls.” He said, walking to his car. “You dingus you could've done that.” I sighed,  shaking my head. He just stared at me blankly, and got in the car. I open my side of the car and got in myself.

“And that's pretty much Gravity Falls.” my brother said. We were seated on the hood of the car. We're gazing on the small town. Watching the sun going down.  “It's really nice up here. ” I commented. “Yeah! My friends and I always hang up here. ” he said.

“So, I heard you manifested hug?” He said. I looked at him confused. Then he did air quotations. “Ohhhhh... Yeah, it did. Still trying to get the hang of it. ” I said, looking back at the city. I felt his hand patting my shoulder. “Don't worry you'll do fine! If everything goes wrong just know that you blame yourself.” he said.

“What a way to cheer up a sibling. ” I said. Punching his shoulder. He just chuckled, putting me in a headlock. Ruffling my hair. “I'm trying to lighten mood sis. But yeah, don't worry you're gonna do great. Just be careful on not getting caught. We don't know what they'll do to you.”

“Yeah, I get it.” I said. Pushing my head out of his grasp. He just looked at me concerned. “Alright, I won't be reckless.” I said, he ruffled my hair again but gently. “Well, this is your first town. So, make the best of it I guess.” he said.
