Chapter 40~Fishing trip

Haley's P.O.V

"Connor stop!" I say, dying of laughter.

"Stop Connor! It hurts!" I laugh even more.

I'm now on the floor, tackled by Connor who is sitting on me, tickling me.

I use all my might to push him off, then run to my room locking the door. I lean my back on the door panting heavily. Connor bangs on the door for a good 5 minutes, before the banging stops.

We just finished lunch when Connor attacked me. We literally ran around the cottage three times before he caught me.

I lay on my bed exhausted from all the laughing. I finally decide to get up again, and go out of my room. I open the door slightly, checking both ways to make sure Connor's not there. After I realize he's not anywhere near me, I step out of my room shutting the door. I walk over to where Trevor, and Rebecca are watching TV. Well not really, Rebecca's watching TV, and Trevor's on his laptop. I sit on the couch next to Trevor.

"Hey Trevor. Watcha doing?"

"Oh nothing, just scrolling through Twitter" he says

"What are we doing today?"

"Well the others are getting ready to go fishing on the boat, and are gonna go for a swim. If you go quickly you can meet up with them"

"Ok thanks Trev, bye Becca"

"Bye" she's says, as I run to my room.

I put on my bathing suit with water shorts, and put a lose top over my bikini. I put my hair in a messy bun, and slip on my flip flops.

I run outside grabbing a spare life jacket, and putting it on.

I see the others in the boat getting ready to leave, but I catch up with them before they do.

"Can I come?" I ask, as Sam nods helping me on the boat.

I sit in between Andrea, and Jenn.

"So were going fishing" I say more as a statement

"And swimming" Andrea points out

"Jc, put on the radio" Jenn demands

"You got it"

Soon enough were in the middle of the lake, each of us with a fishing rod, singing along to the music.

My fishing rod starts to tug, and I think I got a bite.

"I got a bite!" I yell

I start to roll it in, but it's to strong.

"Help!?" I squeal

Kian immediately comes over, helping me bring it in. We finally real it in, and it's pretty big. It's around 5/6 inches. I take a picture holding it, then let it free back in the lake.

Thirty minutes later everyone caught at least one fish. We decided to go for a swim now, well not us girls, but the guys jumped in while we are tanning.

"You guys want to jump in now?" Andrea asks pulling down her shades

"Sure let's take a pic of us jumping in"

"Ya" Jenn says

"Sam can you take a picture of us" I say tossing him my phone. Luckily I have a water proof case.

"Ok are you guys ready?" I ask Andrea, and Jenn

"Yup" they both say

We link hands, and get ready
