Chris's p.o.v

It's been two months since I've sent Sora and the others back home, I needed to stay here because I needed to stay behind to help with the war effort. Lately, the titan army has made several attempts to bring more and more powerful beings on their side. So I really haven't gotten any sleep much less time for a date between school, checking on the worlds, trying to keep some of the gods on our side, and ... you get the picture right.

But today was a quiet day which meant the army was planning something huge and soon. So when I was pacing around in my Cabin, did I expect Chiron to call me to the big house for something of the upmost importance? Nope. I did not. But this is the life where you have to expect the unexpected.

So here's how this morning went. I was doing some self meditation in the sound, the last thing I expected was for Leo the little fire imp to come running up and shout at me, "Chris! Chiron needs you asap!"

So I left for the big house where you could find Chiron now a days. "Chris nice to see that you are here. I need you to summon up a portal to Yen Sid's tower for the two of us." Chiron said

Seeing as how he rarely left camp I was in shock. "May I ask why" I asked

"Sora and Riku need to show their marks of mastery. And you Chris must show that you have a sense of meaning for this unlike for Riku and Sora is to determine whether or not you have grown up and if you are ready for your mark of mastery." Chiron explained

Percy and Harry ran up. "You wanted to see us Chiron" Percy said

"Ah yes Percy you will be joining Chris and I to master Yen Sid's tower for an exam of sorts you are going to be a contingency plan if anything goes wrong. And Harry I leave Camp Half-Blood in your hands" Chiron said, "Now then Chris and Percy we leave in the hour, so I suggest changing into something less sweaty and wet"

I looked down and saw that I was wearing a sports bra, shorts, and sandals. all of which where covered in water and sweat. I sighed leaving to go change and IM my dad about where I was going and what was going to happen. My dad when he learned that Sora and I where going out was actually quite chill about it. My brothers on the other hand, well all of them minus Sasuke who is still in the sengoku era, all wanted Sora's head on a silver platter.

He understood and had me come pick up some of his signature Blue cookies that he love to make so much. Which I did giving him a hug before returning back to camp. I met up with Percy and Chiron outside of the camp boarder. I had changed into a teal blue shirt, a black leather duster, dark denim pants, and my new boots that I'd received during my visit to Viridian a week ago to check up on Cloud and his condition(Turns out he'd beaten some sense into my dolt of a half brother, but he's decided to stay and he wants to stay behind and do to my world what he failed to do for his world). I put my bag on my shoulder and opened up a portal to The Mysterious Tower. I let Percy and Chiron go through first before I followed.

I exited outside the tower we headed inside to see the others. As we headed inside I thought about the dreams that I've been having about before I met Sora and his friends. They where slightly disturbing though it might just be the lack of sleep that is finally getting to me though. Percy put a hand on my shoulder, "You don't have to go through with this you know. You can not go through with this."

"I have to Percy." I said

"Chris please I have a bad feeling about this not just for you, but for Sora and Riku as well" Percy said

"That is why you are here Percy. To bring any and all of them out of there if things get to much or an outsider invades what we are about to do." Chiron said

And With that we headed inside the tower.

Riku and I where waiting for these guests to come and make an appearance. I really wanted this to be over and done with cause once this was over I planned to go see Chris. Whom according to Percy had been worked to the bone since I left for the Islands and has gotten no sleep whatsoever in the least. To say I was worried was an understatement.

I heard the sound of feet and hooves coming up the steps. "Ah I do believe that they are here" Yen Sid said

The door opened and in came Chiron, Percy, and Chris. I looked at her as Percy said she had not been sleeping, Hades she looked dead on her feet. I gave Percy a high five and a nod to Chiron. Chris on the other hand I enveloped into a hug and she returned it. I felt a wetness going down my neck and turned to see her crying, "I missed you so much" Chris whispered

"And I you more than you can imagine" I whispered in return hugging her closer to my chest.

We separated and I gave her a kiss on the forehead. Then all three of us turned our attention to Sid. Riku took a look at Chris. "When was the last time you got a good nights sleep?" Riku asked

"Since Sora left" Chris yawned, "The heartless on my world are getting worse and worse by the day and don't get me started on the monsters and the gods going to the titans side".

I winced I should have stayed to help somewhat, but I needed to see my home world once again. And by the look on Riku's face he had the same thing going through his head. We finally turned our attention to Sid and Chiron. "As a Keyblade master, Xehanort had a gift like few others. But such great minds are often plagued by a single great question." Sid started

Chiron picked up, "What is the essence of the human heart that weakens us,  or empowers us?" Chiron stated

It sounded like he had heard that question several million times and I bet you he has. "The answer he believed he could find in the 'GREAT KEYBLADE WAR'. What if the challenges of our past, were in fact a map to the light and darkness that battles within us all?" Sid continued

And so it went, Chiron ssaid that the reason that all of us where brought here today was for Riku and I to show our mark of mastery and Chris to reveal if she is ready to be considered an adult as per Viridian tradition. Percy was here to go in after us if anything went wrong during any of this. Our quest to prove this was to go through the sleeping worlds and awaken each world that still slept despite what we all went through to get them set straight again. And in these worlds we would face nightmares and dreameaters, we had to be wary of the nightmares for they ate dreams. Before we entered Percy gave me and Riku a warning, "Be careful in there guys I have a really bad feeling about this test so stay safe all of you"

"No sweat Perce." I smiled, "Though we will keep an eye on Chris. What where her people thinking?"

"Survival of everything rests on her shoulders as well as yours Sora" Percy said

"Got the message loud and clear, Percy. We'll keep an eye out for anything weird and suspicious" Riku returned

We stood in front of Yen Sid and our exam began. And for once I hope Percy is wrong about this.
