I returned to Yen Sid's tower to see Riku and the King leave. Riku was sporting a new outfit. "Nice threads Riku. Good luck on your mission." I said as I walked in

"Wait how did you know that?" Riku asked

"Your demeanor and the fact that you look like your about ready to dive head first in to something dangerous." I replied

"Yup still the same Chris as always, so any heads up that you want to give us before we make the jump?" Riku asked with a laugh

"Yeah stay safe and you may meed this" I responded tossing him a celestial bronze knife. "The trip into the dream realm left me cautious of what is to come use that if you encounter anything that you know for sure is not a heartless or a victim of the darkness it will get you out".

"Why?" Riku asked

"Trust me on this okay. Besides we are nearing the final confrontation we don't need anything to go south on us. Besides I get this feeling that we will all need to watch our step that is why I brought that along, I just expect that back once you are done with everything. There s something ancient backing Xehanort that will hopefully help you out against that thing should you meet." I answered

With that I headed inside to meet up with the others again. I went up the flights of stairs to reach Sid's study. Before I entered I heard Sora say, "I know Chris is hiding something from us Master Yen Sid. She seemed depressed when I came to and not to mention I feel as if I've forgotten something important and it concerns Chris!"

I froze and backed away from the door slowly. "Yes Sora, but that was apart of her exam as well the capability to sacrifice on thing for the greater good of all. She sacrificed her possibly only chance at happiness to bring you and Riku back from the Dream Realm" I heard Sid say, "She did what needed to be done and followed her heart. She right now is feeling the side effects of the sacrifice she made. Do not worry Sora, Chris is as strong as they come"

I heard silence and entered after two minutes of it. "I'm back Sid" I said opening the door

Sora and I made eye contact for a second before he turned away from me. He radiated guilt. "Chris I can assume that Mr. Jackson got home safely" Sid said

I nodded my head," Yup though to be honest with you I was tempted to stay, but what can I say I travel with the winds" I laughed

Sora flinched. Darn it I tried so hard to make it seem like a real laugh, guess he caught on. " In order to defeat Xehanort, there are allies we must gather, acting now to rouse them from their slumber. We have discussed this before." Sid said

We all nodded. "Your mark of mastery was conducted in the hopes that you would aquire the power to wake them. However, Sora, the darkness nearly took control of you, and your grasp on your new abilities leaves much to be desired. Further more Xehanort almost made you his vessel, and in the process stripped you of most of the power you'd gained by then."

The guys looked at Sora with smypathy trying to cheer him up as Sid continued to talk about what had occurred in the dream realm. "If Chris and Percy where not here you would not be standing before us right now. I suspect you have already noticed this, correct? But first you must regain all the strength you have lost. Perhaps it is foolish to hope for a complete recovery, but it is absolutely vital that you perfect one power- the power of waking which you failed to master during your exam.  There is some one who lost there strength and found it again, a true hero whom you all ought to pay a visit. Perhaps he can point you in the right direction" Sid said

"Got it!" Sora said after finishing his mock strongman poses which I think where to cheer me up, but failed.

He all gave Sid a salute. "Master Yen Sid..." Donald said
