Across worlds and time

Chris's p.o.v.

The next world was a Metro-city. By that I mean that they have a lot of train tracks. Sora and I were a few steps ahead of the others just trying to be normal. Yeah that didn't last very long. A weird kid came out running and shouting, "Help! The sandlot! It's Seifer! Somebody help us!!"

We ran to the sandlot to find three people surrounded by nobodies. Sora stood between both groups,"We'll take it from here"

Soon we were finished with the problem. We then heard clapping coming from our left. "By the way have you seen a man named Axel?" It was a black coat

Sora wanted to attack, but I held him back. "And if we did?" I asked in return

"You see Axel has diverged from our original intentions" He said taking off his hood to reveal a man with blue hair.

"Wow for an Organization your not very organized" Sora quipped

"Don't let your guard. Axel will stop at nothing to turn you into a heartless" He siad pointing at Sora

"Dude have you met what I have to deal with on my side of the family?" I asked with a growl

"But I'm sure we can take care of our selves just fine" Sora added

"Glad to hear it. Axel aside, it would break our hearts if something happened to you or your girlfriend especially before her sixteenth birthday." The man said

"You don't have any hearts" Donald reminded him

"Once again Donald stating the obvious. But there's something off about the higher nobodies that's always bugged me. It's as if they remember how to feel, so in short everything they do is just muscel memory" I said summing up all of our experiences with organization XIII.

"True that is what makes us special" He said

"What do ya mean" Goofy asked looking between the two of us before he vanished into a corridor of darkness.

  After a few seconds of mulling over what he said we were rudely interupted by the guy we just saved. "Hey, how 'bout you get out of my town now? You've caused enough trouble" Seifer said

"Hey that's no way to act to the people who just helped your sorry behinds" I snapped

"Let's just go" Donald encouraged

As we were leaving Siefer said "Wait this goes to the strongest guy in town" He said holding out a trophy

When Sora declined it he forced it on to us and left.  Then another kid ran up to us. "Oh! Sora!" He said

"Um... Pence right?" Sora asked

"Do you know a girl named Kairi?" Pence asked

"Yup he sure does. He at times cannot shut up about her" I said, "By the way names Chris. Nice to meet you Pence"

"Hi Chris" Pence smiled at me, "Then you better come to the station."

He left, but before that. "I do not talk about Kairi all the time" Sora grumbled

Donald, Goofy, and I gave him a look that said really. "Okay maybe I do, but I've only ever seen Kairi as a sister. Doesn't the fact that I'm have a thing for you mean anything?" Sora asked

"Yes it does, but if Aphordite's behind this like I think she is we're gonna have some words Sora" I snarled

I heard Sora gulp. We then followed Pence to the station. When we got there we were joined by two more people who I was introduced to. Hayner and Olette. "So how do you guys know Kairi?" Sora asked them

They then told us of how they met Kairi and what had happened to her a few hours later. "Gods and spirits is she a trouble magnet." I groaned.

"Ya think it might have been Axel?" Goofy asked

Sora dug around in his pocket and brought out a wayfinder. Hey I do my research. "Sorry" Hayner apologized

"It's not your fault. C'mon cheer up!" Sora said, "Like I can even say that"

I rubbed his back in comfort. "Wait are you two an item?" Olette asked looking between Sora and I.

"Not exactly" I responded

Sora then chose to perk up, "I gotta find Kairi!"

This frightened Goofy who was holding the trophy who dropped it. The glass balls on it broke off and scattered. I made a grab for the blue one while Hayner,  Pence, and Olette got the other three. "That was to close for comfort" I said

I passed it over to Sora who held the blue one up to the setting sun for a second I swore I saw a kid with blonde hair and blue eyes stand in Sora's place. I for some reason felt scared about this but soon afterwards a gateway appeared. Which I opened. But what I saw for some reason made me feel uneasy. We said quick good byes before promptly leaving.
