PARK JIHOON: SECRET

TWENTY FOUR!

dear everyone,

today was prom day.

jihoon picked me up from my house and he kept showering me with compliments and a few i love yous here and there.

when we arrived to the venue, can i just say, we ate a lot.

we danced like we were crazy people, and just like the cliche stories you read, the slow music began to play.

although we were very affectionate with each other, we were still pretty shy and this was one of those moments where we were extremely shy.

i placed my hands on his shoulders while he placed his my waist.

multiple times, i tried to look at him, but every time i did, his eyes and smiles would just greet me and make me look away.

just like before, he pulled me closer and gave me a warm embrace. "wanna hear a secret? i love you so much, you're literally the cutest girl in the world. i don't know what i did to deserve you- actually no, i don't deserve you. i'm honoured to be with such a person like you."

before i could say anything, he pulled away from the embrace and gently pulled my wrist out of the venue. we eventually entered his car, and drove off. i didn't ask any questions at this point.

we ended up at a well lit area near the river. it was already dark and stars were present in the sky. we sat at a wooden bench.

he took his coat off, and placed it over my shoulders, "ah park jihoon how are you so good at making me feel loved." he chuckled, "i don't even need to try."

afterwards, it was just complete silence for maybe five minutes or so.

"is it okay if i kiss you?" he asks.

i was taken aback, and didn't know what to say.

"kiss? wait- i- uh-"

in that moment, he carefully held my face then leaned in to place his soft lips on mine. it felt as if time had stopped, or if the world was just revolving around us. he pulled away shortly after giving me a quick peck.

unexpectedly and impulsively, i wrapped around his neck, pulling him towards him and gave him more than just a peck, but an actual kiss. i was out of my mind.

pulling away, we both looked away from each other, shy about what had just happened a few seconds ago.

that was my first kiss, and i'm glad it was with you.
