Third Person

2 Years Ago, after the Fourth Great Shinobi War

The war is finally over, and the "never-ending" pain and suffering on every ninja's heart is also gone. It is a great day to start. To start all over again, living on peaceful world that will never cause pain in each other's hearts again.

The pain and suffering is gone, as well as the hopeless world that they once saw. They finally proved to the whole ninja shinobi world tha a fake world of dreams and happiness is not needed. They can make it, even in the real world.

Sakura was walking back, Kakashi and her just sent Sasuke out of the village. She wanted to come with Sasuke, but Sasuke refused her request. But then, she's happy. He's back, finally back. The old Sasuke that she once knew is now back. The Sasuke who was once covered with anger and vengeance is now gone, gone and dead. Now, he's ready to face the consequences of the actions he did. He wanted to make it up on them. His journery will be the atone of his sins, like what he said.

Now, she's heading the way towards Ino's flower shop. When she got there, she saw the blonde kunoichi arranging and fixing the shop and Sai is helping her out. She seems to be happy, but you can still see a slight sadness on her eyes. Probably because of Inoichi's death, his beloved father.

She then continued walking, and as she passed through the barbecue house, she saw Kiba, Choji, Shino, and Shikamaru hanging out. While staring at them, it feels like that the shinobi war didn't happen, and it's just a dream. They looked very happy, well aside from Shikamaru. He's smiling and laughing, but his eyes wasn't. Well, like Ino, he still can't moved on for what happened on his father.

Sakura didn't bother to call them. Seeing them happy is enough for her. As she continued her walk, she saw Tenten and Hinata on the riverside. Like Ino and Shika, Hinata can't still move on for his brother Neiji's death. But then, she chose to be strong. For Naruto, for her friends, and for the whole Hyuga clan.

She left the near riverside and continued her walk. And then, she saw Rock Lee and Sir Guy. Rock Lee is holding Sir Guy's wheelchair. Both of them are talking. It's nice to see them hanging out like a real father and son. She giggled with the thought.

She then passed by the Ichiraku Ramen. There, she saw Iruka-sensei and Kakashi-sensei eating. Looks like they are having a good time, because she can see happiness on each of their eyes. Well, Kakashi seemed to moved on for Obito's death. Good for him.

She then straight back to her house. She smiled when she saw a picture frame. It was their picture of the Team 7, Sasuke, Kakashi, Naruto, and her. Beside of it is their picture with her friends. All of them. As well as her sensei.

She sighed.

She smiled when she remembered their good and bad memories. She'll treasure those memories. Good or bad, she'll treasure them because it is where she learned a lot. It is where she became happy. Good or bad memory, it doesn't matter anymore. What matters is, she will now start making new memories with her friends and family.

Finally, after long years of waiting, the promised world of Naruto is now here.

And she hoped that it will still be here the day after tomorrow.
