After a few minutes, I heard a faint "Ariel," coming from my right. I looked over to see grandma staring intently at my practice. "Don't stop, Ariel, keep dancing," she seemed to say. There's no way she just said that. There's no way. I stared at her. She appeared to smile at me. "Dance child. Dance for me." I became terrified. All I could do is keep dancing.
I danced faster and faster, leaping across the floor, twirling in circles, anything to make me forget about what just happened. I can't get it out of my mind I can't I just keep hearing her. It's like she won't shut up. I must be going crazy. That's the only possible explanation. I leapt and bound and twirled and I kept moving faster and faster. I could feel myself losing control but I'm too terrified to stop.
I heard a thud and felt a stinging pain in my hip, and realized I ran into my grandma's bed. I looked on the floor and saw grandma face down, untied. I gasped, and she looked up at me.
