Taylor's point of view:

I woke up in the hospital. Something I was so used to. This time things felt different though. And I knew exactly why..It was time for me to go.Not home. Not back to Harry's. To heaven. My heart was aching and I took a deep breath, taking in my surroundings.

A woman nurse was staring at me with her jaw dropped,"You're awake!"

I nodded gently, I felt fragile. But I knew what I had to do. I'm ready. A doctor walked into the room, his face was blank, as if he knew today was my day. I took a deep breath and I felt peace.

"Taylor, do you think you're ready for visitors?" The doctor asked with his voice cracking a little bit.

I nodded,"Send in one at a time."

He nodded, opening the door he walked out of the room. Soon a boy who was all too familiar walked in. His cheeks were stained with tears. His eyes were puffy, they were red instead of the beautiful blue green color they usually were.

"Hi Niall," I said smiling up at his saddening face.

Taking his hand up to his face he wiped away the newly fallen tears,"Hi."

 "So, how have you been?"

But I didn't get answer to my question,"Taylor, is this it?"

With that simple question tears burned my eyes. Soon they were sliding down my pale cheeks as I took in a deep breath. I opened my mouth to talk but I couldn't, I just nodded.

"I don't want you to go, Taylor.." He said crying harder than he was before.

I shook my head,"I don't want to go either."

Tears were now pouring out of our eyes progressivly. He wrapped me in a hug. My tears were soaking his red polo shirt, his tears soaking my hospital gown.

"Niall, I just want to say thank you. For everything. For the memories, talks, and horan hugs that you've given me. You boys have changed my life. I could never forget you. You know that right?"

He nodded,"I love you Niall,"

"I love you too, Tay."

He walked over back to my bedside and bent over. His lips gently graced my forehead,"Goodbye, Niall."

"Goodbye Taylor." He choked on his last words as tears poured out of his eye once again. When he reached the door he turned around to give me one last glance. He mouth 'i love you' and walked out. My hands came up to my face and I wiped away the tears that were clouding my vision. The door knob turned and a sad Louis came walking in. His eyes and face were red from crying. He sat down in the chair on my bedside rubbing his eyes, not saying a word.

"Hey, Lou." I said quietly.

He looked up, his eyes were gathering with tears again,"Please, Taylor, Please don't go.."

I felt a lump in my throat, telling me I was about to burst into tears. His pleading seemed so sincere. I can't believe I'm leaving these five boys,"If I could, I would stay."

Bursting into tears Louis tried wiping them away,"Taylor, I don't want you to go."

I shook my head and let the tears fall freely. Louis stood up from his sitting postition and enveloped me in his strong arms. He whispered in my ear,"I'll never forget you. Everything from now on I will do for you. I will make you proud."

I chuckled through my tears,"You already make me proud,"

"You'll be even more proud of me." Louis assured running his hands through my hair.
